absolutely, Pinkie Apple Pie was one of my fave episode, because they spent so much time together; also, they made my fave song

 

think they might really be related? I mean they both grew up on farms

 

My headcanon says that all earth ponies are somehow related, so... ; ) I like idea of them being related. I'd like to watch more episodes that explore their bond. Applejack treating Pinkie as her sister sounds like a very cute concept, especially considering how much AJ loves her family. Besides, even though they're close friends, their characters are completely different and they could learn a lot from each other.

that's the point, they complement eachother perfectly; on one hand, you have Pinkie with her head in the clouds, totally carefree and fun-based; on the other, you have the completely down to earth, no-nonsense AJ, whose main focus is getting the job done

 

put them together and you have one helluva duo X3

Well, recently I have problem with drawing pony AJ, so I decided that I'll try with human 

This is more or less how I imagine she would look like. And I must start to draw her stetson XD It's not that I forget about it, I just love to draw her hair too much and the more of it we can see, the better.
