Oh my gosh, Applejack is my favourite out of the Mane Six. There's so much she does that makes her my favourite. Strangely, all the flaws she has (stubborn, quarreling with others, etc.) helped me choose her over all of the Mane Six.

I don't even like country characters, so I'm not sure why I love Applejack so much. There is something about her, but I can't figure out what it is. I doubt me liking apples would be the reason. They say that Rainbow's mane is made out of skittles (My favorite candy), and I love Rainbows, but I'm not a fan of Rainbow Dash. 

 

It is OK to like a character without knowing why, right? I hope so.

Maybe you'll figure it out At first, I also didn't know why I like Applejack. I usually liked characters that had nothing in common with her, so it was a surprise even for me that somehow she managed to become my favorite. But later, I started to realize what's so great about her and why it's Applejack, not Rainbow Dash or Twilight.

Sometimes, something is so great as to defy all knowledge. 

 

I don't think we always know 100% why we like certain things. I don't see it as a problem, unless you want to be an analyst or something. For me, it started with just liking her accent and hat. It was only after that that I started to appreciate her character more.
