I would be more happy if they just would declare Luna winner by now. By competing we made ourself a target again, and the rest of the fandom is of course more than willing to show how much they hate Rarity again.

Sadly, your words hold a lot of truth. If Luna wins, I'll be more than happy to just hang out here in the fan club with you guys. Rarity doesn't need to win the tournament for us to know that she's best pony.

I agree with this sentiment wholeheartedly. It was fun until people started getting too rough, now it's just depressing to think about. I wouldn't have even been upset if we didn't win, but I'm afraid that it's just not very fun with all the jabbing anymore.

 

I kinda just want to hand the victory to Luna so we can go back to being in peace and enjoying Rarity in peace.

You make a good point, friend I think I'm going to be doing the same from now on. 3 strikes, you're out, and this is the 3rd tourney that's just made me kind of upset as opposed to enjoyed myself It'll just be better if I did the same, for me and everyone

 

Besides, no matter who wins, I know Rarity is most beautiful and most best pony

Hats off to the last few posters. Honestly, this tournament is getting out of hand and taken too seriously. Everpony has their preferences. Shouldn't we all get together and stay united?

I applaud everypony above me! Keeping a level head and choosing to defend Rarity in a more respectful rather than obsessive manner (even if we are a wee bit obsessed, hehe...) is just what Rarity has taught us to do, is it not? Here's to keeping what's important in the fanclub!

In response to all the people saying the tournaments are a bad idea, might as well repost what I just posted in the Glorious Unpopular Opinions thread

 

 

 

Thinking about it, I feel like MLPForums' tournaments (or tourneys as I call them) are kind of just a giant flame war waiting to happen. You usually have 2+ ponies that both have huge fanbases who are probably just as determined for each other to win to tourney.

I've been enjoying my with the competition, but I can understand why some wouldn't. In the end we're all pony fans, and both Rarity and Luna deserve praise in their own ways.

 

As a measure of peace and no-hard-feelings regardless of any result here's Luna and Rarity making up after an argument.
