I found out that Rarity didn't learn any lesson in all three of her episodes. 

 

Canterlot Boutique: Sassy Saddles learned the lesson.

 

Rarity Investigates: Rainbow Dash learned the lesson. 

 

Made in Manehattan: Applejack and the other ponies learned the lessons. 

 

Well im sure Rarity learned to be more clear and forceful and stuff in Canterlot Boutique.

 

 

And there was a moral in Rarity Investigates? Love the episode but it's a fun romp episode meant to show off Rarity and Dash and their dynamic rather than one meant to teach things

The moral in Rarity Investigates is to believe in your friends. Rarity believed in Rainbow Dash which is why she took the role of a detective. She knew Rainbow wouldn't use unfair tactics to get what she wants.

 

Rainbow didn't believe in Rarity though. She thought Rarity didn't do anything when she was looking for pieces to get the full picture.
