movies/tv regular show or adventure time?

These shows are both very good,and i think regular show is the most popular show on CN.I love both these show,so im wondering....which do you like better? Personally,i like regular show better.

Adventure Time because it actually has a backstory and is a different approach to post apocalypse. Generally the humor is better. Both are good shows. Regular Show just feels... regular. It's good when compared to most cartoons out now because most cartoons out now suck. Adventure Time is above and beyond.

Definitely Adventure Time. The setting's wacky, the characters are developed and a lot of fun, and so are the silly, and even very dark scenarios they have. Shit always seems to be happening, and it always keeps me begging for more! Defiantly one of my favourite animated shows out there.

 

While it used to be great, Regular Show is just getting worse and worse throughout time. The characters were never really too engaging for me, (except for pops) but it was always the humour that had me going, but now it seems that the humour is dying out more and the action and scenarios are becoming excruciatingly mundane and vapid. It just feels like a watered down, less wacky and less funny version of Aqua Teen Hunger Force.

Typo humor aside, I personally prefer Regular Show.  While Adventure Time has better characters, I find that I like Regular Show's writing more, and I can appreciate its humor more consistently.

 

It also becomes a lot better when you learn that it's actually about two guys who take acid to cope with a tedious minimum-wage job.

I did too as well. I loved how adult RS was, especially compared to the other CN shows, but they don't seem to be showing that trait much in their newest season, which has been pretty disappointing overall. Now it's just getting more boring, and not as avaunt-guard and funny as it used to be.

That is a hard choice for me. Even though I dont watch both that much, I dont know what is better. I mean, they both interest me and make me laugh. I guess both! Thats all I got to say!

Definitely, Adventure Time. It has a good backstory, action, and it has very colorful characters in a world that you would want to be in. Besides, those two cartoons + MLP are the only thing keeping cartoons alive, Also, Gravity Falls too.

Regular Show complies with my personality better. While I used to hate Adventure Time with a passion, I think it's pretty decent now, it just doesn't really interest me that much.

From I've seen, I like Adventure Time way better.  Regular Show is too down to earth for my taste while Adventure Time is full of the random humor I love.

Adventure time is (in my opinion) the far better show. It's characters are more developed, and the whole show has a back story that's fairly deep. I came very close to crying during the episode "I Remember You". Ice King is a big jerk everyone loves to hate, but Simon is a tragic figure that only invites sympathy and sadness.

I like Regular Show better because Adevnture Time is just random and have kiss scenes which aren't for kids and Cartoon Network is not even a kid channel now so i guess it is okay.

Well, they both are pretty different shows. I do feel like Adventure time has better animation, but the humor, while some of it I do find funny, doesn't really seem to be my style.

 

Regular show, I just like a little better.

Adventure Time is definitely better. Deeper story, more variety of characters, continuity, and a mix of serious and fun-loving episodes. Regular Show is good as well, but it doesn't really have a deep undertone. It's all fun, all the time, even when the guys get in trouble they always come out of it. It's about too lazy guys that somehow manage to hold down a job while generally doing half the work. And I don't understand the mix of characters. A Blue Jay and a Raccoon, Gorilla, gumball machine, whatever Pops is... Like, what's up with that? At least in Adventure Time the random characters are explained by a nuclear explosion.

I liked Regular Show first, and still love it, but Adventure time is a little higher up now.

 

Regular show has tons of good comedy, good character designs, and many episodes have good character development. Not to mention, it throws me off from what i expected to happen a whole lot, which is something I love in a show.

 

Adventure Time started kind of "meh" for me, but it has grown on me know. The characters are all pretty awesome, I like all the side things, many funny underlying "dirty" jokes, and great development between characters.

I love them both, and there have been periods where I like Regular Show more, but I'm pretty sure that Adventure Time is a better show overall. 
Regular Show's latest season hasn't really been doing it for me, but Adventure Time just keeps getting better

Adventure Time is good, the characters and the setting is wacky and we get to see a dramatic post-apocalyptic backstory which makes for great arcs where we find out more about Ooo's past. Regular Show is just as good though, the characters are insanely creative and you get to see a wide range of species. The writing is brilliant and I enjoy the jokes, which is great seeing as how the "jokes" in a lot of CN shows (JOHNNY TEST) are terribru. I can relate to Mordecai and Rigby as they're just two guys who want to play video games and have a nice time but are clumsy and things so crazy really quickly.

 

For me, it's Regular Show.

All seriousness aside, I do prefer Regular Show more as I find it easier to sit down and watch a few episodes than Adventure Time. The randomness of Adventure Time makes it difficult to watch at first, but still enjoyable. And I prefer the characters and writing of Regular Show.

Despite how much Regular Show hits home for me as a 90s kid that hung around rec parks a lot, and how much it really gets me in the retro gamer feels with Quintel's Sonic the Hedgehog-inspired character designs, I definitely like Adventure Time more. I find it funnier, it's got a deeper underlying lore to it, and the characters are more interesting.

Adventure Time by miles. Regular Show is just really depressing, meaning it just never changes, but also never adds any new characters. The characters don't have a good backstory either. Adventure Time does the opposite  adding new crazy characters that you can relate to. 

 

Also the Adventure Time is more colourful, like MLP. So it will obviously appeal to the eye more. Regular Show's colours are SO dull.

I love both shows, but I love Adventure Time just a little more. The characters are so deep on an emotional level, and if you've seen all the episodes you know the background of the Ice King. That, right there how he was so good then to save him and Marcy, he had to sacrifice his sanity gets me everytime. So, Adventure Time all the way!
