Hello and bro hoof to you all /)

Something has been bothering me for a couple of days. I've heard that alot of bronies left after the whole Alicorn Twilight thing (which I think is stupid).

But are there still a large alot of bronies out there?

Thanks and bro hoof /)

This is what I think: Most of the bronies who 'left' aren't actually gone. They're just hoping to scare hasbro into reverting twilicorn into twilight. They'll probably all be back for the season 4 premiere.

Make sense? What fun is there in making sense?

I don't think there are that many bronies which left. I myself think that it only looks like it, because the 'bronies' leaving over Twilicorn are very vocal about it.

I was extremely pissed-off because of the whole Alicorn Twilight. I really like Twilight Sparkle..

But i don't think we lost that big of a number of bronies. There is still a full army amount of us. Or maybe 2..Or 3? Hmmph.

Anyways, i think i was just letting all of this go to my head. twilight_sparkle_insane_icon_by_21adamco

This thread appears to be related to the My Little Pony franchise and/or the Bronydom in general. Thus, it has been sentenced to Sugarcube Corner.

This is an automatically generated message, by the way.

Which I find this funny, because I believe that Twilicorn is still Twilight, though that is just my opinion.

From what I have seen, not many have left, but why would they? Do they really have no faith at all in the writers? Personally, I question the opinions of some 'bronies', because some have even said that season 3 was terrible. I know it all comes down to opinion, but to quote Apple Bloom, seriously?

See, but none of us even know if this 'Twilicorn' thing is gonna be permanent.

I wouldn't see why leave the fandom if you don't know its for sure permanent.

Its like buying a warranty for something, you don't know when it'll break. And they even said, the finale episode didn't even fully end.

Its a 3-parter.

I don't think this should be a problem at all...and anyone leaving because of this is basically showing the middle finger to all the fans as well...cause because of a stupid thing that happens in the canon story, you suddenly start hating on tons of people...huh?

The Bronies who left for good are fair weather fans and the fandom is probably better off without them.

The Bronies who got mad and left will be back for the next episode.

The Bronies who claimed to have left but are actually still here are not gone.

I'm a Brony because I like the show, if I think an Episode or plot twist is terrible I won't stop liking the rest of the show because of it. Those who do may want to consider whether or not they are actual fans if they desert at the first sign of trouble.

Of course. I feel like there are definitely more joining than there are leaving. Twilicorn is not a reason to leave at all. If you really love the show, you won't leave because of that. I know you can still enjoy the show and not be a Brony, but as the show gets more and more fame and publicity, more people are joining the counterculture.

I don't think very many left, even if they say they have.  I'm not a fan of the alicorn thing either, but I'm willing to see where it goes, and MLP is too awesome to leave over something that simply a marginal annoyance.

There should still be a large number of bronies out there. There would be alot bigger of a number if people did'nt leave the fandom just because Twi's an allicorn.

Pretty much this, I think the people who left were just people that jumped on the bandwagon because "being a brony is the hot thing tight now" and not people that were really big fans in the first place.

My thoughts exactly. There are bronies out there that may think they left the fandom, but I'm pretty sure once season 4 rolls around, they'll want to come back. They'll be back to their normal selves, and pretend that they didn't hate Alicorn Twilight in the past. The number will increase once the first episode is announced to debut. ;)

I never left the fandom, I stayed, it made me a bigger brony/pegasister than I was before.

The bronies that start watching everyday will always outnumber those who leave, I think. The rate this fandom grows has always been greater than the rate of those who leave, even if there has been an incredibly divisive event in the show lately.

I was pissed about the Twilicorn thing, myself. But then I reminded myself of what the shows morals are. Twilight will always be a unicorn to me, and VA's have hinted that the season three finale was a three parter, and you'll need to wait till season four to see the conclusion. Perhaps she will revert again. As long as she doesn't outshadow the rest of the mane cast, I can accept Twilicorn.

I was yelling at my computer screen after the transformation (no kidding) and I was like "I'm never gonna watch ponies again."

I got grounded for yelling.

And then I got over it.

I don't think we are in any real danger of losing a lot of Bronies, I believe there are stil a very large number of them. Some of them may have left because of the Twilicorn thing. Some Bronies may have even left because of the way that Fighting Is Magic game thing was. But, the real Bronies will be back. And the others they were probably never real fans to begin with and were just into it because it was what the "Cool kids were watching" . Once season 4 comes around all us real bronies whether we approved of the Twilicorn thing or not will all be back.

Bronies who left after something like this can't really be considered 'true' fans in my eyes anyway. Even if they were so mad that they stopped watching the show, I doubt most of these so called 'quitters' completely left the fanbase itself. I personally get a lot more out of fan made content rather than the show anyway.

Anyhow, I couldn't care less how many people we have in the fandom. Quality of quantity, as they say.

I don't believe they would leave because Twilight became an alicorn, and I heard that a lot of bronies actually like the episode. So no I don't believe that 'a lot' of bronies left, but you know there are some people who would freak out about it.

Like Hasbro cares? yeah right. They won't change Twilight back. Just because us Bronys want them too, they don't care if we leave the fandom or not they only care about their target demographic.
