So... Apparently, as the title says, I tried pixel art.

It is unfinished, but anyways, feel free to hate/critic/love/ give tips and whatnot.

 

 

That was made using a program called "GraphicsGale".

Something that still bugs me is the fact that I completely screwed the cutie mark. It was good when I started, but then I tought: "Oh, needs more detail.". And then I ruined it.

While the edges are a bit unrefined and the depth/proportions are a bit off, that's actually very, very good for a first timer.  

As someone mentioned, try dithering to smooth everything out and make it more polished.

  I will take care of the flaws it has as soon as I possibly can! The only problem is that I need to make one from the ground up so I can actually correct it... Well, because I accidentally changed some things on the program I used... Oh well, the higher you go, the higher the fall shall be, as a friend of mine, Daniel, would say.
