ate it rather hastily so i could get out from school

that's another thing, try to chew your food thoroughly, don't hurry when eating; the digestion actually starts from the mouth: while you chew, the stomach liquids are getting ready to digest; if you don't chew well enough or swallow bigger bits of food than normal, it won't be able to be digested correctly

When I eat pretzels, I break them up into little ~1mm in length pieces and swallow the all whole.

For one, that's a lot more garlic than I would recommend. Second, if I had eaten all of that, I'm pretty sure I'd feel ill. That definitely seems like an odd assortment of food. Also, try not to drink soda, especially any cola.

i am addicted to garlic as i find it very tasty and have heard that garlic is good for you, although everything in over-consumption can kill you. i guess i could cut back on the garlic a bit, if you can tell me what i don't need it for.

@,

Cut down on the soda, you addict.

I would use that clever pun I made up, but I completely forgot what it was.

you said that someone's a softie for soft drinks.

absolutely, carbonated drinks, for one, aren't recommended; secondly, coca cola, pepsi and such, though tasty, are not healthy at all; think about it: coca cola can stay for up to 3 years without spoiling (McDonalds fries last for up to four in perfect state)

the lesson is: don't consume what even bacteria won't consume

so izzat how soda can kill you pre-maturely if you drink too much of it?

So the shorter the shelf life, the better it is for you?

oh, absolutely; if food expires quickly, it's pretty much a sign that it's healthy; if it takes something like 2 months to expire, it means that they added all kinds of unnatural chemicals to prolong its freshness; that isn't to say that one should eat food a day or so before it expires, absolutely not; but, you know, the expiration date is something to be kept in mind

dunno if that's good or bad, never tried it, but it sure sounds interesting XD

also, i did some more work on an old piano track i made. it's nothing special, and not really Chopin-ish composed, but i've figured out how chords work now, kinda, so i've improved on how it sounds like by a lot.

i wasn't gonna do it quick had i not a deadline i was supposed to meet. hopefully, today won't be the first of many rushed-food days due to deadline.

yes, garlic is one of the best natural medicines, as it helps you not get a cold or flu

not kill you, really, but it does harm you, never believe that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger

screenshot on how to make dumb plain piano melody in FL Studio. only the end of the top part isn't fixed right now and sounds wack as hell. the low tones are all fixed up right now.

reminds me of when my dad uses to buy sour milk from the store with expiration date being tomorrow or so. store sells them for half-price, then. haven't taken any damage from it, as far as in can see.

I suppose it's healthy, but it gives me stomachaches. My digestive tract is probably different from yours, but the number one thing that stood out when I read what you ate was the garlic. Read this if it'll help.

Like I said though, it could just be me.

well then, pardon my language here now, but BLUEBERRYFUCKMUFFINSGODDAMMIT!

ahem

try honey, it practically never expires XD

they dug up ancient Egyptian tombstones of pharaohs who have been left honey by their loyal subjects over 2000 years ago and it was still edible; this has nothing to do with bacteria, mind you; it's just that bees found out how to make the perfect food that never spoils, something that humanity hasn't been able to accomplish so far XD

They're stupid. They're supposedly "fun." I don't like fun.

You can probably see where the problem is, now.

I do remember someone once saying something like "I'll never, ever do anything as vulgar as having fun"

I never want to be like that person again...

There we go, and that seems to be a reoccurring theme with you. Lay off of the soda for a few days and see how you feel.

i've missed half-days of school because i've had to run to the bathroom ever 30 minutes or so.

With that kind of frequency, I'd probably throw 'Irritable Bowel Syndrome' at the wall of possible things wrong.

I'm not a doctor though, so I can't be too sure. What's your doc said about stuff that might be wrong?

oh gee, i don't know. let me recap today for you:

for breakfast i had 2 sandwiches with ham and garlic pepper on them, water, then i took multivitamin pill and herbal treatment for stomach.

when i was getting to school, i could feel my stomach twisting itself around uncomfortably, which made me have to make a visit to the bathroom the second i arrived there.

after that, i had an hour long lesson, and i felt okay and napped in there afterwards. then, some 20-30 mins later, i think, i went into the bathroom again because my stomach upset me. after that, i got lunch, some mildly appetizing pasta and not so appetizing sausage, ate it rather hastily so i could get out from school and buy the keyboard from the guy, among other things. my stomach actually felt pretty good after i had eaten. i also had 2 sandwiches with butter and garlic granulate on them. i drank water throughout the whole process.

when i got home from my misadventures in the town, my stomach felt okay, and i took it easy with some more sandwiches and water. then i had to rush to the train to not miss my dentist appointment. my stomach again felt twisting, probably because i ran to the train station. i didn't feel any excess having to get out when i arrived there, though, even after a bathroom visit.

when i got home, i let the anesthesia from the dentist wear off, then i had pancakes and soda. after the soda, i felt my stomach twisting around, but nothing had to come out that time too (just the soda). after that i had dinner, sausage stew and rice, and drank water.

and here i am now.

i also had some small amounts of chips and cookies between meals.

does this answer your question, perchance?

what do you mean?

Sandwiches. Cut down on them. A lot.

Because bread is a man made food, it's much harder for the body to digest than something natural like a banana or chicken.

My advice would just be to introduce more natural snacks into your diet.

when you sip on a beverage while eating food, it diminishes the effects of the stomach liquids

This.

 This.

i've thought of it too, but apparently, it gives you excruciating pains in your abdominal regions on a frequent basis, as well as having trouble going to the bathroom. well, admittedly i've had bathroom troubles my whole life, but i'm unsure if IBS is something i am experencing. i don't feel i get stomach pains THAT very often, when it happens it's mostly just 1 day a week, from what i can see. don't know if that counts as IBS or not.

i see. i'll cut down on sandwiches too, then. sandwiches, soda, possibly garlic. something else i should not get, and what SHOULD i get?

drinking while eating harms more than helps, sorry to disagree

It doesn't have any negative impact on your health or interrupt the digestion in any way.

It just makes it easier to eat, particularly when eating something kinda dry like a sandwich.

There's a lot of psudo-science when it comes to health, so it helps to research :3

Nice to have a proper conversation every once in a while on here, lol.

from what i can see. don't know if that counts as IBS or not.

Might be worth consulting with the doc about it being a possibility.

You don't need to have 'all' of the symptoms of it.

Just the frequency and the length of time you've had these issues just caught my attention.
