Question: how do you put up with wireless? I can never do that without having to constantly replace batteries.

Simple: I haven't had to change it yet.

The mouse I'm using takes one battery and it's a power saver. That one battery lasts 12 months according to HP's site.

Also, I use rechargeable batteries, so I don't have to fork out any money to buy new ones.

The last time I used a rechargable battery in a wireless mouse, the mouse ended up smoking. Maybe I was using crap equipment...

I was a bit surprised to learn that the Japanese planes that bombed Pearl Harbor were made from scrap metal the US sold to Japan. Maybe not as much surprised than "not-so-surprised-but-still-kinda-sorta-surprised". (The scrap metal came from scrapped naval ships, but where did the naval ships come from?) Also, batteries are made of, what, metal and acid? I have a feeling that it wasn't much an explosive in a past reincarnation, but maybe a bomber?

 

But what of the plastic? It either was a water bottle or a swamp in its past life.

 

The sulphur (if there is any sulphur) would suggest that part of the battery came from a volcanic area.

 

The silicon would suggest that it used to be a beach or a desert.

 

The copper? Ehh, it was probably already in the ground for the past gajillion years, or maybe recycled from other copper wires.

the only thing I put up with wireless is my cell phone. My laptop is always on the cord when I have to use it. I just wish it had a way to transfer electricity wireless. Cuz with all the advance technology their still useless if there's a power outage or dead battery.

Why thank you for the birthday wishes, they were so kind. -sarcasm- I guess I didn't matter enough or whatever. I guess the lack of birthday wishes I got tells me that I sure don't have many friends nor people who care about me. -sigh- Whatever. I got some birthday wishes at least, and a couple gifts, but nothing big. Shows how much I am valued, or how much I am NOT valued. Makes me wonder why the heck I even live, cause my life means nothing to this world apparently.
