i can't keep up with any RPs at all, seriously. i get exhausted of them at some point. and i've tried writing fiction in the past, but they've all been put on ice because i have no idea how to progress with the story. i think the latest thing i've written was the backstory for Elaysia.

Sounds like somebody needs to make an outline. A lot of writers make the mistake of sitting down and writing a story with no conclusion in mind, it works a lot better when you know how it's going to end. Otherwise it seems like your writing has no direction just a few chapters in.

Simply beautiful. You certainly have a talent for making a mysterious and interesting character. I do hope in the future you'll write a story about her. Maybe a pony attempts to capture her, or something else along those lines.

yeah, i know. but i'm bad at planning stuff. :c most of what i do is either a spur of the moment, improvised, or some idea i want to test out.

 

like the backstory i came up with. i just wrote and wrote and wrote until i thought to myself "that's enough, everyone knows who Elaysia Hornbark is now".

Anyways, I'm bored so I'm posting here in my spare time. And as long as I'm here I'm just going to mention something completely random that may interest you.

 

Does anyone remember that old show Code Lyoko? I never watched it back when it aired on Cartoon Network or other channels in other countries (it was a French show first), but they're rebooting it back in france. It looks cool, although the real-life sequences are actually in real-life now. (Live-action) But I thought it looked cool so I decided I'd post it.

I made that mistake when I wrote a story or two once.

 

There was one fanfiction for this game I used to play that I actually had the full plot of the story in my head, but then the game was ruined by its company and I didn't feel the need to press on because I didn't like the game anymore.

 

Anyways...

Visual cues in character pictures have been around ever since the invention of cartoons and caricatures. Swirly lines above the head to indicate dizziness or confusion, emphatic notations like exclaimation marks to display surprise, and the sweat-drop to imply nervousness.

 

But does it bother anyone else that for pictures of ponies, blushing indicates embarrassment, inebriation and arousal synonymously?

Why does it have to jump straight to sex? They can't be blushing cause the cool guy they've had a crush on forever says he does also? That cute stallion down the street passes by and gives them a compliment?
