Constitution of Equestria what would it look like?

It's difficult to say if they even HAVE a constitution. Some countries have a formal constitution (like the USA). Others do not (like Great Britain). The big difference is that laws have to conform to the written constitution and it is harder to change the constitution than it is to change an ordinary law 

That's a good observation, especially considering the unique circumstances of their world compared to ours, but Great Britain still has the various Acts of Parliament and the Magna Carta to go off of, so perhaps a situation like that might exist.

As amusing as that is, seeing guards and contestants in the Equestrian games being the only time we see anything in the form of physical "arms" (Magic could be taken into consideration) I imagine things are considered so utterly peaceful that the thought of possessing arms rarely occurs for Equestrian Citizens, or Celestia could be pretty hardline about their availability, same could be said for technological advancements and why we still see some relatively modern items but not very often.

Would have mattered during the multiple Changling attacks, or the Storm King attack, or the various attacks by monsters.
