((Whoops! Looks like Google brought me the Error 404 message for this site for a bit, and I've also been watching Dragon Ball Z Kai for a bit.))

 

Now Firecracker wondered where Moonbeam went off too. He just finished his meal, so he exited the dining room to if she was anywhere on the ship. He checked the hallways to see if she was anywhere.

Firebolt snapped out of the void, finally, and shook her head. "Sorry..." She began, shaking her head again. "Yea. I'm fine. Did you... say anything before?" Firebolt inferred he did. After all, her previous actions were quite... rash, and uncalled for. So a question or response would be very normal.

Sorrow blushed form Moonbeam's comment, nibbling on a carrot that she had acquired from the tray. She had laid back into the chair, looking up into the night sky, which was just about full nightfall. The stars were almost out, twinkling to the highest light.

"S-sorrow...we're friends now, right? I...I have something I've been wanting to share with somepony...There's this stallion on the ship. I feel really strongly about him, and I don't know why. He was that bluish one..I....I think I might...like him...I've never been with a stallion before, so I'm nervous. I know you probably won't say anything back, but...I just wanted to share with somepony, and I think you're a very trustworthy, nice pony."

"Oh! It was nothing, I was just asking if you were still mad at me. Stupid question now that I think about it..." Windy looked away and pawed the ground awkwardly with his front hooves. "Uh, Bolt? Do you want to go back inside now, or stay out here? I mean, the sunset is finished, so unless you want to do a bit of stargazing out here..." His voice petered out and he fell silent.

Firebolt thought for a second. It seemed like a decent enough idea - she had nothing better to do -  but she was also still... tired. Oh well, she could probably ignore her tiredness for a while anyway. It was just hopeful she didn't pass out. "I'd love to." She said, sugarcoating her voice a little bit.

Windy Scamper quickly trotted back over to Airy. "Wait," she called calmly, as she grabbed his shoulder. "I...um....long story short, I kinda ade up part of that story. I'm not brave, or insightful, only scared or stupid. The real reason I left Cloudsdale was because I got cut from Wonderbolt's Academy, an dmy parents saw me as a failure. They were ashamed, and kick me out. And as the supid, naive filly I was, I thought I could have magic powers like my newfound unicorn friends. And thats the real story of how I found sleight-of-hoof. I'm no rebellious, brave filly. I'm none of that. So, if anypony should be left only, it should be me. The lying, judgemental, stupid, clutzy, stupid and overall, mean and unacknowledginf mare. If you want advice, I obviously don't have any good ones. I sugjest you find somepony else. I'm sorry for lying, and everything," she finished, sighing at the end.

 

Great. Now who feels bad? Oh well. At least you got rid of him.

"Sure thing Bolt!" Clambering back onto the couch, Windy sprawled out down the entire length of the couch, leaning back to look at the rapidly darkening sky. Chuckling softly, Windy patted the couch and lightly said, "Its up to you as to how you want to sit Bolt, but let me tell you, it'd be a lot more comfortable to look at the stars if we didn't have to sit upright on the couch. I don't know about you, but doing that puts such an awful crick in my neck, since I have to constantly be looking up. This way, we can just be laying down and not have to twist our necks to see the stars! Plus, laying down is always more relaxing than sitting... Is that cool with you?"

 

"Well, if she agrees, this will be a sweet way to finish out the first night on this cruise..."

Firebolt thought for a second. "No. That's fine. I'll just stand." She said, looking up slightly. A sudden wave of tiredness washed over her again, though. "Actually... Sitting sounds nice." She said, hitting the ground with her hoof, nervously, a bit, then letting out a stifled yawn.

After hearing Laray explain her situation, Dogboots began to sympathize. "In order to support the ones we care about, we have to give up a lot." Dogboots stated grimly. He knew that all too well. "It's a harsh reality that we all have to face. However, that doesn't mean you have to give up everything about you. If you don't like modeling then what do you want to do?" He asked Laray.

He frowned, looking a touch hurt. "But it'sh...like...totally aweshome. Good shtuff, for shure." The pegasus wasn't sure who this Sunburst pony was, but he wasn't going to let himself be the only pony having fun. "Come on, jusht a ship. It'sh amazhing." Frost removed his shades, placing them on the bar's counter and revealing his azure blue eyes. "I won't tell her, I promise." Or would he? Chances are, he probably wouldn't be able to remember any of this in the morning anyway. Well, sans headache.

Moonstruck's eyes grew wide, as she stared into the beautiful azure eyes of the pony who sat next to her. "Okay," she said, without an argument at all. "Your eyes... Your eyes are beautiful, you know." She took a moment to tear her eyes away from the bright blue ones that were staring at her to down the small glass in front of her. She gasped, and nearly coughed as it went down, warming her throat unexpectedly.

Windy felt a smile begin to crack his face, despite his best attempts not to. "Well, feel free to lay down here then. Haha, and don't you worry, I won't try anything funny, I was raised way better than that."

Arctic Frost chuckled, watching the mare's reaction to the alcohol. Hopefully she wasn't a lightweight. That...wouldn't end too well. He wasn't too good at reasoning while under the influence, anyway. "Thanksh, I get that a lot. Comesh with being a guitarisht. Not bad, eh? Besht shtuff ever, that Wild Pegashush Whishkey." He propped his head up with a hoof, staring into her eyes. Even in his inebriated state, he was definitely loving this mare. Or...was it the whiskey? The thought was soon dissolved into the foggy depths of his mind.

"Whatever I can do to get by." He replied laughing a little at it. "I mainly just do oddjobs and even then they aren't that interesting. They're just menial jobs. I'm just a work horse. Nothing more, nothing less." He said looking at the star lit night sky. Dogboots loved stargazing a lot. It was one of the only things he could truly enjoy. "Still, that doesn't mean I don't have my fair share of interesting...experiences. This cruise being one." He said smiling a bit still staring at the night sky.

Once again Windy Scamper had left Airy speechless, but this time in a totally different way. She had told him her sad real story after he already had accepted her fake one.

"Oh my... I... I didn't expect anything like that... I... you're all alone?"

Brain, what's that now going to be?

"I... I'm sorry. I guess we didn't have such a good start after all. I... I would like to thank you again for your help earlier. Maybe... would you like to stay here with me for some dinner? Over all that talking we totally seem to have forgotten that. I mean... if you're free and if you want to."

Splinter frowned. ''Aw, I'm sorry. I'm not really sure how it feels, though.'' Splinter said while shrugging. ''I dunno what'cha could do. But I guess you're right about it.'' Splinter said before taking a sip of his second drink. ''Hope you don't mind if I end up saying strange things. It doesn't take long for me to get drunk.''

Quick looked at the drink, then back to Splinter. "Uhh yeah, then how about you just don't drink? It would make more sense really compared to drinking and then apologising. "She took a sip of her own drink. "But you know unless you don't become amln embaressment I'm fine with that."

It would be a bit of an understatement to say she didn't exactly want to share the same couch with a stallion, but she kind of had no choice. "I shouldn't have expected the invitation in the first place... I'm far too tired, not to mention, I probably won't even see this guy again, will I?" She thought to herself, before going to lie down on the couch.

It was all Windy could do to not immaturely yell 'score' as Bolt climbed onto the couch and laid down next to him.

 

"You see Windy? You listen to me more often, and I serve you well! Ok brain, so your advice worked this ONE time... Now we just need to stay awake and not accidentally fall asleep... At least you don't snore Windy... True, that's a good thing. Wow, Bolt is really warm... I guess with a name like FIREbolt expecting anything to the contrary would be dumb. Not to mention she has a nice scent... Windy, do NOT let your mind take that track of thinking. Ok, ok, brain, I got it, I won't! Although I am really glad I remembered to take a shower today... I'd hate to think what she'd say if I stunk or something..." 

 

Despite not having been nearly as tired as Bolt had been, Windy quickly found himself feeling drowsy, due to both the warmth of Bolt and the fact that he was laying down in a very comfortable position. Trying to stay awake, Windy turned his attention away from the mare next to him and to the heavens above, silently marveling at the stars. "Wow... Some nights, Luna just outdoes herself..." Windy whispered, more to himself than to anypony else. "Uh, just stay awake Windy! Just stay awake!"

"Better job than I have. If I come to think about it, I used to be a set designer before I modelled. I think I got fired for dropping a paint can on the director's head. He deserved it," Laray scratched her head with her hoof. "My mom and I have enough money to live off of, but I am too cowardly to say anything to Photo Finish. I'm just glad that she's not onboard."

Most of what the stallion has experienced weren't always good.  "I don't mean to sound like a broken record but maybe you should just quit then. I mean if Photo Finish is treating you harshly then just leave and join somepony else who appreciates your talents. Maybe join one of Photo Finish's competitors? That would really stick it to her." Dogboots suggested to Laray.

"Mhm..." Was all Firebolt could say, before her eyes forced themselves to shut. The bodily warmth of another pony was, as expected, warm. As was her's, most likely. Plus, she was lying down now. Firebolt kept trying to fight off the temptation to fall asleep, but eventually gave in, her breathing now heavy.

 

((I will post again when the new day has begun...  Or sooner, since that may or may not be a whiles away. It would be appreciated if @Glaceon could say in the OOC when the new day begins, because I probably won't be paying attention. In the meantime, feel free to abuse Firebolt... But not too much.))

Sorrow allowed for her to fantasize, and turned back to the stars while now eating a brownie. That brought her to the subject: Why was Nightraxx lurking her every move? Everywhere she went, he was always there... What did this mean? She looked as though she was deep in thought...
