I don't think Fluttershy could lift Dash and bring her back home; she saves the amazing athletic feats for emergencies. Presumably one of the other members of the Mane 6 could take her in---likely Twilight---but that in and of itself could demand a whole episode. My guess is that Rainbow Dash could still fly; the doctor wanted her to "stay off" her broken wing for a while, though that may imply she should avoid strenuous activity. I think he said that she should stay off it for only a few more days, so over those few days she might have stayed with one of here friends(probably Twilight because that's where the rest of the Daring Do books were and besides, she has the most space.) But this is Rainbow Dash we're talking about - does anypony honestly believe that she'd listen to the instructions of "don't go flying for a few days"? I don't. After seeing how her wing spazzed out at even the light activity she put it through during the chase scene? I believe she would stay off it for a few days, even if that would normally drive her bonkers. She has a whole stack of Daring Do books to read, after all. The worst that will happen is that she'll gain a little weight if she keeps up her normal eating habits while lounging around, weight that will quickly disappear once she goes back to exercising. So as for how she got home, there are so many possible ways, from Fluttershy carrying her(something she's easily capable of that wouldn't be a strain on her flying abilities) to Twilight's balloon, to the Gryphon Chaser, to Twilight just teleporting her up, to her catching a ride with some other Pegasus, etc etc...not that hard, really. Of course she'd be STUCK up there once at home, but I think she'll be okay. Used to be known on here as Kyronea. Want to read psychological analyses of the Mane Six? Start here. How do any of the objects in Dashie's home stay on the clouds? It's some sort of magic, possibly a permanent version of that cloudwalking spell that Twilight cast in Sonic Rainboom.
