What software did you make that with? Photoshop or PaintToolSAI?

 

Anyway, it looks very nice. The lines are smooth and I especially like Dad's cutie mark.

Paint Tool Sai. It's actually really handy more vectoring, but gradients are a no go, and again, making circles in that program will break your soul.

 

I'd use Photoshop, but I don't have $1,000 lying around.

Ooh, yay, I have Paint Tool Sai! That means I could do it too with practice. (I usually use Paint.NET for coloring.)

Mouse. Can't afford a tablet and I'm pretty crappy with them anyway.

It'll be a couple of weeks before I can get my hands on a scanner for MatrixChicken, and then I have to somehow put it together without Photoshop.

 

I'm trying to make sure this doesn't end up like Half-Life 2 Episode 3, but it'll be done when it's done.

Well, finally figured out how to re-size images in Paint Tool Sai without losing resolution (for the most part)

add the two colors that you would want to make a gradient for and then just blur the flop out of it! just make sure you have the selection confined or else youre gunna get color all over your picture
