How do I put something in a spoiler?

(I am a sea slug when it comes to this sort of stuff OnO)

Quid pro quo is not my policy. If you need an OC idea/lineart/fanfic help, just ask.

What do you mean by "stuff"?

If you mean text, you do this:

(spoiler)TextText(/spoiler)

Replace the parentheses with square brackets [].

You mean like this?

Just type [ spoiler ] at the start of the section you wish to hide, and then [/ spoiler ] at the end. Simple happy.png

(Of course, you will need to remove the spaces for the code to work)

It is quite simple, just do this, but without the parenthesis.

"

"

Put what you want in between.

Like, don't underestimate my power man.

All you need to do is put the following tag

and then add another at the end of what you want to spoiler with a slash in it like this /spoiler with of course the bars between it like the first tag and it should look like this.

easy as pie

[ spoiler ] Your text here [ /spoiler ]

Just remove the spaces in between the brackets and the text within them and you're good to go img-1369822-1-UNZJLhS.png

It's easy peasy! I guarantee you won't forget img-1596379-1-wink.png Just replace my asterisks with square brackets...

*spoiler*TEXT HERE*/spoiler*

making those asterisks into those brackets...

TEXT HERE

The *spoiler* opens the tag and the */spoiler* closes it (backslash is important!)

One way to do it is by simply doing this:

Like this
Text here
Another way to is by using the editor.
Click on this icon (3oU7i.png) in the editor and a popup menu will appear that looks like this:
3oUbN.png

In the popup menu, select spoiler from the dropdown menu. A text box will now appear below the dropdown menu, it should now look like this:
3oUdA.png

Enter the text you want to put in the spoiler in the text box and click ok and your done!

I'll leave this open for 24 hours so you can reply if your having any problem with putting text in a spoiler. After that the topic will be locked
