Twilight: Friendship (Knowledge would be more suiting, but I'll go for something different)

Rainbow Dash: Courage

 

Fluttershy: Understanding

 

Rarity: Grace

 

Pinkie Pie: Happiness

Hmm yeah Twilight could be Friendship but since the whole point of the show is that they all REPRESENT the magic of friendship she can't be it. Knowledge would be good

Fluttershy would be yeah maybe understanding cause I can't think of another

Applejack I think Loyalty goes better for her than RD sometimes.
