That was terrible unboxing. It shoulda been slow and sweet. :\

There's still no doubt in my mind that I won't be getting one of these. The best thing in that box was the controller, and even that was mediocre.

how much did Xbox pay this guy to love the thing so much?

anyway, terrible video. very fast and they don't show aything off the box and how you get it. (yes, i'm actually interested in that)

I was told by my little brother (a video game fanatic) not to get the XBOX ONE for many reasons.
I was really feeling peachy about the new console until he told me how terrible it was. Now I can't look forward to it anymores. Q_Q

LOL I'm probably not getting an xbox one. I'm probably going to get my wii fixed first (motors in the disc drive are broken). Then a Wii U, and when that happens I will find out what my friends bought. At the end of the day me and my friends might be playing on PC.

I'm going to try to post a video of me unboxing my mini flipping table when I get it.

While the Xbox One does have a good number of exclusives at hand, there are many problems plaguing the console from buying it, like the whole constant internet connection.

I'll stick with the PS4 and Wii U for the future.

Although, nice to see what the Xbox One looks like though.

It really does look like a VCR... I don't exactly plan on buying one of these, I'm already pretty happy with the consoles I've got. Also, what was with the power button gimick? That was honestly not impressive in the slightest...

Clearly the sticker stole the show though! :P

Better to know the brutal truth than waste your money on something you thought was gonna be way better than actually is. Expectations without research often leads to disappointment and regret, especially with a $500 machine of non-gaming.

Its okay I guess... I'll probably get one after a few years though. I have a PS4 on preorder, and I need to pick up a Wii U before I even consider an Xbox One.

That's Major Nelson. He's the Director of Programming for Xbox Live so I assume he has to like it haha.

Nope, constant internet connection is no longer required, they ditched the DVM or whatever it was. You can play all the offline games you want now.,

Someone's a bit behind.

Because of the GIGANTIC backlash and drop of Microsoft stocks they were forced to take the online checks out completely. They wanted to do it for technological reasons like cloud computing but they were sacrificing far too much to do so. They were alienating the one type of person who would actually make their console a success: The gamer. If you didn't check in, all gaming related stuff was put to rest........but everything else on the console worked.

Plus the fact that most of the non-gaming services were American-based so other countries, particularly in the PAL regions, were being shafted as well.

Xbox 360 did terribly in non-American markets anyway. If Microsoft losses its grip on the American market than it could very well be the next Gamecube.

Oh, well thank you for the recent news update guys.

Even with that established, I was never a big microsoft fan to begin with, but maybe I'll pick one up in the future.

It's games like Dead Rising 3 and Titanfall that would make me buy it for the Xbox One.

Here's the problem with the Xbone for me: Not enough RPGs. Sure, it's getting Kingdom Hearts 3 and Final Fantasy XV but so is the PS4. I've yet to see any exclusives worth buying it for except maybe Quantum Break and Crimson Dragon and only if they get enough other exclusives to make it worthwhile. PS4 hasn't exactly jumped ahead either but as of now I will go PS4 purely because I don't want anything on the Xbone.

Getting a Wii-U first anyway. Way more interesting games than either the PS4 or Xbone.

Well, the unboxing wasn't really good at all. Slow and sweet, but I guess Microsoft payed the guy a lot to rush and actually like the Xbox One as he is revealing it. Luckily, my decision stays the same as I'll be sticking with the PS4. I have to give Microsoft credit, they do have Dead Rising 3 and other good games.

Same here.

The Wii U just has a mix of every game I'm looking for, as for the PS4, at least it has Star wars battlefront 3 and Kingdom Hearts 3, and knowing Sony, they have a good number of exclusives coming their way.

For the Xbox One, not much to say other than less than 3 games I'm interested.

Biggest reason I would get a PS4 is for this game that is currently on the PS3 store. Journey, I hope I can play it on PS4, its the first game to ever be nominated for best score at the grammys. I really want to hear the game's music with the original context it was mean to be presented in.

Dafuq? Everything about the Xbone just looks unnecessarily huge. Maybe the PS4 is also gonna be like that but I'm certainly not attracted to an overpriced cable box shaped like a VCR that spies on you 24/7.

I lurve Japanese games and the Wii-U and 3DS have more than anything else on the market except probably PC but that's a whole new ballgame.

That was Terrible...

Too Fast, Not Enough Detail in the video, and it just didn't show what I really wanted it to.

Still wondering how much Microsoft paid this guy though..

Heck yeah!

Also, the Wii U does have a bit more RPG games on the way.

So far, the game X, looks pretty promising, you may want to check it out if your the big RPG fan.

I still don't care for the Xbox one.  The games don't interest me and I don't trust Microsoft.  I'm more of a Nintendo fan and I'll be getting the Wii U instead.  I'm not interested in the moment in the PS4 but I'll purchase one if they make Dark Cloud 3 (hear me out please!  This game needs a sequel!).

I must say that I do prefer Xbox 360 any day over playstation. There are three reasons why.

1. Xbox 360's controllers are way more comfortable than the PS3's

2. All my my friends had a 360.

3. Since I am a cod-nerd, I love the fact that the 360 gets all the new stuff before the PS3.

Though, now with the next gen consoles coming,

1. Xbox One's controllers has changed and from what I've heard is not as comfortable as the 360's. Plus, PS4 has made their controller more comfortable.

2. Since most people are getting a PS4 instead, this won't be a problem anymore.

3. It's not much of a big deal.

I must say that PS4 seems better than Xbox one, and if I would buy a new console I would go with a PS4. However I don't want to spend more money so I'll stick with my computer.

nuff with the off-topic...

 that video was terrible.
