What would you be doing now if bronies did not exist?

Weird title? Yeah I know. It's hard to know if this thread already exists too since I have no clue what to search for.

 

Anyways, let's say that the whole brony/pegasis-thing didn't exist. No big fanbase around MLP existed either. MLP FiM is just a regular kid show on TV that no one cares about.

 

What would you be dong now when you don't have ponies in your life?

 

Also, would you enjoy to do whatever you're doing now instead or has ponies been your only big interest?

Personally, I would probably watch movies and play cod all days. Every now and then I'd go on the computer and maybe play a game for an hour.

I would be playing battlefield 3 or watching some sort of anime. My life would be about 20% un-cooler, as I have a lot of pony-related hobbies nowadays such as this forum, the show, fanfics, ect.

Basically the exact same stuff I'm doing anyway. MLP really hasn't had that notable of an impact of my life/ hobbies. Honestly, I doubt the difference would really be all that noticeable.

 

That said, given patterns of interest and convincing, I would be much more into Soul Eater if not for MLP. It's... a bit odd to explain.

Well, not posting on a forum, that's for sure. This is the only forum where I have broke 40 posts, I have more than doubled and doubled and doubled and DOUBLED that amount!

 

I guess I would still be doing what I normally do... just minus the ponies and a reason to wake up early on saturday morning when I'm off from college. I'd still watch youtube, play video games and avoid anything related to television like the plague (ponies are the only obvious exception from that.)

Do the same thing I do now, watch the show all the time, still have my Tattoos, still use Princess Celestia as my user name for just about everything, from youtube to my Xbox360 name. Sure many may not like it but doesn't mean I'm not going to hide that I love it so much! Or just kind of give up on the show I cant do that... but a world with no Bronys or Pegasisters! Oh my Celestia! please lets never speak of this again...

haha that's a question I ask myself way too often. MLP has changed my life quite dramatically, and I can't imagine how my life used to be before ponies. To think there was a time when the whole MLP universe was completely unbeknownst to me.. wow. I guess I'd still be really involved in my other interests that I was into before I got into MLP. All my time spent doing pony-related activities would have gone toward other things, and who knows what those other things would have been. I'm just happy I got into this show but it is interesting to ponder how different my life would be if I had never discovered it.

Playing Pokemon on some hardcore level status, or playing a fighting game on some hardcore level status.  I'd say being here has saved me from being addicted to games by making addicted to ponies.

I pretty much do the same stuff I did before now: such as music making, record collecting and all the other stuff. I just wouldn't have the additional pony/brony stuff

That's a good question. Most likely the same things I'd be doing now - writing fanfiction, doodling in GIMP, crushing madly on comic book characters, and trying to be some semblance of a student. I would definitely be more stressed out, I think, and my brain wouldn't be full of fluffy things. I would listen to more Nostalgia Critic and less ponies, and probably be a slightly more unpleasant person, although nothing unduly noticeable. 

 

Frankly, I enjoy this forum and the fandom, despite its quirks. I'm glad I have MLP to listen to and have fun with, and I'm glad I met all of you guys. ^^

My life would be very different. I probably would of never started jogging and I would of never been so open minded and accepting of other things. I'd probably still be ranting and raving about other Fandoms and be trolling around 24/7. I'd probably be playing way more video games and sitting around doing nothing more often, I typically do pony related things in place of gaming now. 

 

I'd probably never talk to my family really and things would grow more and more dark. If Bronies didn't exist things would be a lot more sad for me and totally not 20 percent cooler.

I probably wouldn't be alive right now. I had no friends and was as miserable as can be. Becoming a brony had helped me make some actual friends in my life and introduced me to people who care about my well being and who would give me helpful advice. I'm dead serious about this.

I would be like I was before. Playing video games all day long and slowly becoming bored with my life in general. The differences now are that I'm on the computer all day long watching ponies and I try to look for the bright things in life, and don't take my friends for granted. I think the show really had an impact on my life. Oh, and I'd watch Doctor Who a lot more. XD

I would do everything that I've done before ponies came into my life. I'm pretty glad, that I met you guys since my life was just a complete hell after Elementary School since I was so miserable in junior high then my freshmen year in high school. Without the forums or ponies, I think I would have been in a deep spiral of depression.
