My Fluttershy Drawing (it's terrible)

Okay, here's my Fluttershy picture.  This was drawn out by hand.  And in case it wasn't obvious, I'm not a very good drawer.  This took me a few hours to make, and I think I'm the art equivalent of tone deaf, so for my standards, this is pretty damn good.

Well, it's not perfect, but you gave it your best, and that's all that matters.

 

Trying is everything in art, mastering takes practice and patience, if you can do that, you'll do anything.

I think it's nice for a first effort. Even without the color, she'd be easily identifiable due to her mane and tail. Keep at it if you want to get better.

Thank you, guys, you're the best!  But trust me when I say I'm not good at art.  I've probably never made anything a 10th as good as this.  That's not even an exaggeration.  (It's probably because I rush everything, while I did this really slowly.  Not to mention I had a picture in front of me as a model.).  This picture is very deceiving, because all of my other work is at most 10 times worse!  I'm actually really proud of this.

It's actually good for a first shot. You did well I wasn't good when I started drawing but after practicing I got a little better. It just takes practice, time, and patience to really excel at something.

It's a bad habit.  I call myself stupid all the time in real life.  It's just kind of my style of presenting myself sometimes.  I really appreciate the support, though.

I know like 4 people with that habit IRL. Kind of gets annoying, but I ignore it and just go on with the happy things in life, like watching MLP! /) BROHOOF!

That looks good! Dont say its Terrible. Back then I still say my drawings are Terrible too but people still like it. Just gotta keep practicing. Keep drawing and you will get better soon. Still though I still say my stuff is terrible but I get positive points on it saying that it looks great but for me its more of a motivation of keeping me to do even better than before. So keep going you doing good!!!

I do that too! Personally, I think this is great especially for a first attempt. Practice makes perfect so dont give up. I have just drawn Fluttershy too but digitally and I posted it here too

I would love to show you my very first pony drawing, because it pails in to comparison to this. Only thing that matters is the effort you put into it. 

 

What better way to say this then to quote Lauren Faust (the creator of MLP) herself. "I think of it this way, everybody has 10,000 bad drawings in them. And so you have to draw and push you're way through each one of 10,000 before you really start to see improvement. All it is, is practice, practice practice."
