Your request is in. I really would like to apologize about this one, as I had some scanner issues on it, and the original penciling has shown through a bit, and I wasn't able to get it quite the way I hoped, but nevertheless, I tried, and came up with this result.

 

 

 

 

I hope it will suffice. If you want to request another one in the future when I'm accepting painting requests again, I'll be glad to redo that, and hopefully not have the scanner issues.

 

So, as an update:

Well they're two different works. They also tend to have different uses. Vectors are more useful when you plan on reusing the charcter image in multiple things. For example, my Avatar is an example of a vector I did, and then I went through and painted the scene around him. I also used the vector in my music video for my remix:

So the difference is mainly styling. Vectors take longer, and are used mainly when the goal of show-accuracy and re-usability is in mind. Paintings are just paintings like this one. As for which is better, they're not really comparable in that context.
