The best villains are always the ones who believe their cause is righteous. I can see how Orion is starting to slip under the weight of the litany now, he's being referred to as Legion instead at points. This would indicate he is slowly becoming less of himself, and more the book's power.

hey, is this still open, im looking for an RP to join, and seeing how searching for players for my current RP is going slowly, i thought id join a popular one, of course if its open, ill be fine with waiting for a good opertunity to join if the characters are already in the middle of something

As Blake relives his past, in several ways I continue to see growth in him, and even rising strength and goodness. In short, he's becoming a strong hero figure. Maybe even enough to help in key parts of the RP.

 

(PS I think that Blake is going the be a masochist, he enjoys being yelled at.

^This. Those are my favorite villains. Whether they believe in wiping out heretics in the name of God (Any god, doesn't have to actually be God) or...well anything really.

 

Honestly it was Handsome Jack from Borderlands 2 that made me realize that's the best kind of antagonist.

Yep. Same reason why the villains in the new Batman movies are so great, you can identify with their theories and understand why they are what they are. Making them not entirely wrong about their goals, but in the methods they use to achieve them.

Objection! Crimson was actually one of the only ones in the group at the time who didn't attack him on first sight, he DiD try to talk to him...but Orion called him a bandit and ran away...
