Invader Zim is my choice without a single doubt in my mind. I adore the character Zim and the show was rather funny and enjoyable. I still watch re-runs of it every now and then.

man I wish I could vote for multiple ones (get it cause fairly oddparents is on the list lol) because it was a toss up between old spongebob, old fairly oddparents, Foster's and Power puff girls (yeah I find invader zim slightly overrated not a bad show  and I see why people like it It's just too gruesome for my tastes. But overall I just went with the one I watched the most which was old spongebob, even recently watching it most jokes had great timing and execution. I also like powerpuff girls and fosters for greast character and humor (hey sounds like fim oh right) also old fairly oddparents for ultimate wackiness and great use of running gags.

Google or YouTube "Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi", you'll see how similar this show is to MLP.

Like, nobody knows what HHPAY or KP is....

Nobody had a good childhood as I did.

Welcome to Lyoko, where no one ever blinks

Minä rakastan sinua! That means I love you!

I love to love, but I hate to hate! Be happy!

Out of these options, the only ones I extensively watched (as in, more than a few episodes) were Spongebob and the Powerpuff Girls. I gave my vote to the latter because I have fond memories of watching a marathon of it with my sisters once.

Zim and Foster's Home look good to me, but by then I had stopped watching cartoons. Chalk it up to adolescent faux-edginess.

Aww, no Scooby Doo? :P

But out of the available options... I'm going to have to go with the old Spongebob. I still think some of the gags in that show were fantastic, for example, this series of scenes...

Mine isn't in that list, it's Totally Spies!

Pretty fun show, full of whacky gadgets and villains. What's funny is that I haven't even seen most of the episodes, I only rediscovered it recently and began watching it from the start.

I was REALLY young in that era, but my favorite was old fairly odd parents for some reason.

I HATED invader zim for some reason it scared the shit out of me.

The Powerpuff Girls, hooves down! And I'm among the lucky ones who has actually met all three of their voice actresses, back at Comikaze Expo a couple weeks ago.

Speaking of Comikaze Expo, I've got a funny story about how I got into Invader Zim. At that con, I actually began watching Invader Zim for the first time (on my iPhone) right in front of the show's two lead voice actors. Richard Horvitz and Rikki Simons were guests at Comikaze, working their own tables (selling autographs and photos). I decided to watch the show's pilot episode on youtube, since I was only a mere few feet away from both the leads (I hadn't seen the show up until that point, so why not?); Richard Horvitz even overheard one of his lines coming from my iPhone, and he actually repeated that line using his Zim voice. That was a really cool, if kind of surreal experience, becoming a fan of a cartoon show and meeting the show's two lead stars at the same time. It was one of my main highlights of that weekend (aside from finally meeting the great Tara Strong). I didn't buy anything from them (I had already got more than enough celebrity photos), but I did drop by their booths again later that day, shook hands with both of them, and told them that I'll totally start watching more of Invader Zim when I get home.
