I'm not sure what you mean exactly, you'll have to explain better. If you see a troll or anything like that in a thread, you press the report button located in the bottom right corner of their posts.

 

What do you mean with fill up the person's inbox? You will not get notifications when someone posts in your topic unless you are following it

 

 

 

 

 

If you mean replies, I doubt you would get that many replies so it "fills up your inbox".

 

What usually gives you a ton of notifications though are status updates.

I agree with Jokuc, i don't unfortunately get what your saying, if you could give some more information or insight into this i might be able to give my opinions.
