I'm looking for people to add on PSN for PS Vita.

I own Killzone: Mercenary, Wipeout 2048, Soul Sacrifice, and a few other online multiplayer games, so if anybody else owns these, and would like to play, I'd be up for it. I just got my Vita about a month ago, and since I didn't have PSN before, I didn't have any online friends to start, so I thought I'd just throw this out there and see what happens. I've been wanting that game as well, but I'm crossing my fingers and praying that it goes free on Playstation Plus at some point. I've gotten wary about buying full-priced or even used Vita games at a discount because of how ridiculously good the Plus benefits are.

i have a psp that i modded to look like a vita XD added another analogic pad and an xbox jeyobard, obviusly a custom- custom firmware and a linux ashboad.. i ain't have money to spend over consoles and psp are so damn cheap now, just bought a bicked one for 20 dollars.. people are stupid.. just unsolder the chip and flash it with an Arduino ar a Raspberry!... idiots...

Whoa, that's pretty insane, in a good way. The PSP still has a kickass library of games. I just wish that more of them were ported to the Vita. I was so bummed when I found out Crisis Core - Final Fantasy VII wasn't available to download.

XD side advantages of being an electronic engineer student XD you got a lot of stuff liying around to use yeah i own pratically ever single ace combat and flight game on it (my only original games ) all the rest are downloaded XD ace comabt X skies of deception will be my favourite playstation game ever... the soundtrack, the story, the gameplay.. ah it was SO awsome

Holy crap, that song is pretty damn superb.

 

I checked the Playstation store just now, but all they have available for download is a game called Ace Combat: Joint Assault which is still pretty expensive for being so old ($34.99). Must be a fantastic game series. I'd never really given it much attention until now

joint assault is the second of the psp series, pretty good but the first is more cool

 

you are mistaking with ace combat assault horizon, wich is ps3 and it is the newest one... it is completely different form the old one... i compare the old ones to final fantasy, classic but awesome, the new one is still badass.. but is CALL OF DUTY WITH PLANES... sigh... i own every single ace combat from the first air combat for the playstation 1 and the z spectrum

I only just bought a 3DS finally because of Pokemon Y, otherwise my starter edition PSP1000 has just been collecting dust pretty much since I got it once the shiny factor wore off. I do 99% of my gaming on PC, and until I see an exclusive I need, I just don't buy consoles anymore because of their cost (handheld or otherwise). IMO most exclusives have been seriously lacking since I don't play things like CoD.

 

I might pick one up soon though since I have been wanting Sly Cooper, FFX/X-2 are also something I wouldn't mind having in portable form. I almost bought it awhile back for Dragon's Crown, but the more I looked at that game the less sure I got. It's one I would definitely want to try before I buy. Honestly though I've been hoping for a Vita 2.0 to improve battery life.

DAAAYUM, that is some NICE gameplay! I did a double-take, because I seriously didn't believe what I was seeing at first. That's the type of game that I really love. It's exhilarating and ultra fast, without sacrificing gameplay depth. I feel the same way about the Wipeout series. At first, I hated it, because the controls required so much precision and nuance. For someone who's racing game experience consisted mainly of Mariokart, I was completely decimated by the challenge...at first! I took a lot of time to master the controls, and soon enough, I became a Wipeout pro. Just goes to show that some games require a bit of dedication and commitment before you can enjoy them to the fullest.

 Same here. I subscribed to Playstation Plus coming from Xbox Live, so I expected the amount of games I'd get to be on par with Xbox (which for years, was nothing. No free games at all. And when they DID start releasing games, most of them were either really old, or really shitty) so when I saw the Playstation Plus benefits, my jaw dropped to the floor. I think I got something like 7 free excellent quality games from the start. I even had to cancel my Amazon orders for Uncharted and Soul Sacrifice. I got months and months of gameplay value, all for free! Well, technically, I paid for it, but still. Buying each of those games individually at full price would've cost me somewhere around $250 or something.

I think the sale was only for the US PSN store. Wasn't in EU. Kind of sucks. And yeah, PS Plus is a great deal, especially if you have more than one PS system. Also can't wait for Gravity Rush 2.

Yes, defintiely! I'll be sure to get that one once I save up enough money. I'm pretty broke at the moment, but I got a job at a hardware store in town, so now I can start getting the money I need. I'm also crossing my fingers for a price-drop on the WiiU. I've heard rumors that it might happen soon, since Nintendo hasn't been getting the sales they've needed.
