My Personal Bias: Simple Ways

I feel like I may not have given this episode a fair shot in my initial viewing, because of my personal bias against love triangles, and though I think the episode avoided many of the tropes in such a scenario (AJ doesn't even consider reciprocating Trenderhoof's feelings, and the lack of any real fighting between AJ and Rarity). I just wanted to put this out there to see if anyone else has had this issue in MLP or other media.

I'll try to ignore the word ''bias.'' I didn't really expect any real fighting from AJ and Rarity from resolving their differences in Look Before You Sleep, I guess you can't please everyone.

 

The only love triangle I have a problem with, was in the Twilight movies which was pointless.

I tend not to. Though the love triangle plot can get cringe worthy at times.

I meant that I like the episode, but my hatred of love triangles made it less enjoyable for me. It's unfair and I'm going to rewatch the episode and reevaluate my decision, but I wanted to let it be known that I was unfair in viewing the episode, that's all.

I enjoyed the episode quite a lot, though when it comes to things to do with love I prefer to leave it alone. I do have some exceptions of course, that episode being one of them.
