Well, I'm afraid your email adress has gotten in the hands of porn stars. Gotta block'em fast because they're very very agressive.

I've gotten a ton of out of state calls!

One time, someone called me saying "Hellooooo, this is Delta Airlines. Your flight has been canceled because there is no baloney! No baloney!" I think it was just my little sister screwing with me.

And for emails, there were a bunch of ladies trying to flirt with me and I was just like no. Leave.

I was once involved in a mass text of complete strangers. I couldn't leave the conversation on my iPhone (how do you block people, anyways?), so it kept ringing and vibrating overnight. It got a bit messy since there was a picture of a herpes-ed penis in there, and a bunch of other stuff that will not be discussed.

For about 7 years ...thats right 7 YEARS I have had phone calls for Mrs. Creasy but she hasn't lived here, ever! It's even got so bad we had people come to the door asking for her.

I also get a lot of emails telling me how to make a particular part of the male body bigger which one I know will be a virus, two im a girl and three what the buck!

Wow there must be a very interesting story as to how that conversation started, it kind of reminds me of this conversation I had with two friends on the phone that somehow got into a series of NSFW jokes about one of them prostituting himself. It was strange but also hilarious and what made it even more hilarious is how serious one of the friends in that conversation was he was like "dude you might as well do it".And I had this other friend that would sometimes troll me by sending me some stuff that is not only NSFW but is the kind of NSFW that is really obvious made for sheer shock value. Some of it grossed me out, some of it made me laugh my ass off (I have a pretty sick sense of humor) some of it made me go WTF? And some of it did some combination of the three.

That is one of the most common spam e-mails out there, I have gotten some variation of that many many times.

There was a phone call about my house being on fire, on my home's land line, from a number that was disconnected. That happened to quite a few people in my area a while ago. (It would say "(your name)'s is on fire, there's a fire at (your name)'s". It wasn't a machine either as once they coughed leaving the message on the answering machine.

I did receive an email asking for a 10 million dollar investment in raising the Titanic-from a real organization. I'll have to try to find it.

Yeah, some strange calls in the last couple of months. Average phone numbers, too. At least I would have expected the creepy breathing or a scam attempt, but nothing. Just silence.

This world is full of troubled people. I remember when I used to "meditate" on my balcony. And there was a group of passengers that jumped from their seats on the bus the moment they saw me, as if I was some kind of "divine" being because the way the sun was shining on me. If they only knew how divinely human I really am, hahaha.
Well, the thing is these superstitious individuals really came to believe I was "special", because people are stupid and gullible like that. Or so they thought I would believe, when in reality, they wanted to hooked me up with one of their multiple underage daughters, because poor people reproduce like rabbits. I mean, when you are poor, there are no many options for diversion in this holy creation of god. So, when they saw that my house was big and nice, they must have thought I had money, right? Well, I don't.
And when I didn't fall for their bulsh*t, they sent the big brother of these girls to kick the door of my house. Because that is what animals do, and human beings never ceased to be animal creatures deep down. Myself included, of course. But I can at least pretend a measure of social decorum in public to disguise my animal intentions.

There were also gullible stalkers who saw me and started making passes around my house, because they were desperate for someone who was "better" than themselves. Someone naive or hypocritical enough to lie to their faces, you know. It is like when people seek the help of gurus and other con artists. Paying these scammers to be lied to, because they are not willing to "better" themselves. So, they seek help or "absolution" from someone else.

Well, I was there because I was "recovering" from depression and anxiety. I didn't want to get closer to people, hence the safe distance provided by the balcony. Allowing me to "reintegrate" into "society", which never happened, by the way. I just had the opportunity to see a lot of "humanity" from that vantage point, especially during the night hours, to the point my dissociative disorder started becoming even worse. And it is really bad, already. Always fighting against myself, so I don't have to fight the world. But I will always have a hard truth over a soft lie, even if my nervous system cannot take anymore.

So, yeah. The strange phone calls may have been from some of these individuals. To think I was trying to build up a measure of naivity and hope, again. It is gone... it was never there to begin with.

I’ve been getting calls and text messages on my old phone for some guy named Frank for almost a year. I’ve even had people text me, apparently with the same number but different area code, telling me they don’t want any of ‘my’ (Frank's messages) sent to their phones anymore, assuming I’m the aforementioned party. There’s nothing I can do about it and I wish I could get rid of his spam too, because most of it is really 'questionable' stuff.

E-mail. An old geezer asked me to visit him if I have a car. He wanted more than friendship. :ButtercupLaugh: I ignored it, so I didn't end up with a boyfriend.
Also a phone call, but I was the weirdo this time. As a kid, I asked the Nintendo support how to defeat the "oven". He didn't knew what I meant and needed to get his colleague. :fluttershy: The boss in the game was a robot, but to me it looked like an oven, haha. I even used the term "Backofen", "backing oven", and not just oven. This probably added even more to his confusion. :fluttershy:

Here is also a funny scene from an Anime. :squee:

I have quite a few things to list here:

Calls:

- My most frequent robocall is one about some guy who had my number before me who committed tax fraud and various people are trying to get his information. This has been going on for about seven years. One time they texted me with scam ads thinking they could trick him into giving his info away that way.

- I got a voicemail about some lady's ultrasound results once (not the actual details, just that the results were in). On a similar note, I got a voicemail about someone's HIV recently.

Texts:

- When I was a young teen and still getting used to having a phone, some guy must've thought he was texting his girlfriend and kept sending me topless photos :sealed:. I was so scared he was gonna send the other half. He didn't thankfully, but until I was able to get rid of his number, somehow I was blocked from messaging my actual contacts.

- Got a text promising a "free McDonald's meal". I wouldn't want one of those even if it was free. :eww:

Emails:

- Technically this is from fanfiction.net, but the PMs get sent to my email. I used to get quite a few "18+" bots in my feed and I had to keep blocking them. Thankfully I haven't gotten one of those in a long time.

I get lots of spam but I don't care. 99% of it lands in the spam folder anyway and after 30 days it gets deleted.

One of the most interesting spam emails I got had my email address inserted into it, it was sent from “my email address” as well and said if I didn’t send them X amount of money to this link they would publicly publish inappropriate photos and videos that they stalked and took of me. Because they “had access of my email address” and they pointed to the fact that they sent this email “from” my email address to myself that I should 100% believe them that they have more info and details on me.
