You get the first consonant or group of consonants (such as "th", "st", "sw", "sh", etc...) of a word and put them at the end of the word then add "ay".

 

For example:

"Pig" is "Ig p ay" "Igpay." 

 

If the word begins with a vowel, you leave the word as it is and just add "yay" at the end. 

 

For example:

"It" is just "Ityay."

 

Atthay isyay owhay ouyay eakspay Igpay Atinlay. Also, keep in mind 'y' isn't considered a vowel in Pig Latin.
