I'd try a volley from a firing squad. If the bullets don't kill me, then the shock of the sound coming into my heart will stop my heart. Other than that, it's an interesting and seemingly honorable way to go other than seppuku. Then again, seppuku is slower and more painful and considered as "honorable suicide."

The creepiest and probably the coolest thing I've seen in a video game are those things from Dead Space that wield weapons and try to whack you to death and chase yoi even after you remove their torsoes from their bodies. Those are both creepy and awesome to me. (Yeah, I'm a sickening guy)
