Not in a biological sense, perhaps their personalities could be recreated in software (Artificial Intelligence) and downloaded into robots that look like the ponies from the show.

It's pretty much 100% already as there have been a number of cases where NASA has suspiciously censored things in the moon serface pics and also in the ISS live stream on YouTube they have paused the stream or switched to another camera in the station every single time a UFO like object has appeared in the stream. Very suspicious by most people.
