Depends on the situation (what to lie about) and other person. Honesty is great, but sometimes a little lie isn't bad. 

 

Automatic or manual transmission?

Manual, I prefer to change gear when I want to rather than the occasional "I'm going to try and kill you" with an automatic.

Want to over take a slower vehicle, road straightens, there's a gap.

Put foot down to accelerate as I move out, car drops down a gear, car realises revs are high and changes up a gear.

Two gear changes as I pull out to overtake, so I have lost any momentum and pull back in behind slow vehicle :|

Not currently, although I'd call it more of a pendant than a necklace.

My wife carved a rune into a piece of stone that we found on holiday and then drilled and strung it on cord for me.

However I don't know where it is, I suspect our daughter has hidden it.

Coldest I have been out and about in was -30°C in Canada, that was cold. By the time it was back to 0° I was in just a T-shirt again.

So I'd say -15 to -20°C is getting cold for me.

That's a very good question.

I like being able to go to the sea but I like mountains. I suppose it would depend on if it was a lowland sandy/marshy coast or a rocky cliff-type coast or if the mountains were accessible all year round Alps vs wilds of Alaska.

Live in the Lake District (UK) and have both? 

I had wondered about Hawaii as a volcano is a sort of mountain, but that might burn your bum.

I generally prefer the bunch to the plait, so I'll say pony tail
