In this case, I think Rainbow Dash looks the best. I don't know I just think the rainbow lightning bolts look the best on her. But Pinkie is also decorated ADORABLY! I can somewhat agree, I don't think Flutters looks very amazing in Rainbow ^^" I think Applejack and her rosey red cheeks is adorable though. ^^ I would vote for Pinkie too. I mean, I think the Rainbow powers thing makes everypony look so pretty, but Fluttershy's colors just seem really off.
