Now in most cases I'd say Pinkie cause best pony bias but she looks a little too decorated for my tastes. In this case, I think Rainbow Dash looks the best. I don't know I just think the rainbow lightning bolts look the best on her.

But Pinkie is also decorated ADORABLY!

Surprisingly, my vote goes for Pinkie Pie on this one. Can't say the same for the rest of them though with the absurdly coloured wings and horrible mixes of colors for their manes, especially Fluttershy's. I love Fluttershy, but...just...why?

I almost couldn't decide between Rarity and Applejack; Rarity's design looks like an awesome upgrade and somehow Applejack's makes her look more adorable than everypony else. Everypony else's, well, they just seem decorated. I had to go with Rarity though.

They all look marvelous to me.

Although, if I had to pick, it would be Rarity~

She doesn't seem overly decorated and the colors match so perfectly!

Looks like I'm the first Fluttershy vote. I dunno, I've just always had a thing for odd color combinations like that. It makes her hair look like a spiral of taffy or something. In my book the odd but still appropriate design wins.

I'm going to go ahead and point out that I love Fluttershy, she's my second favorite, but I really don't like her Rainbow design.

 

I mean, I think the Rainbow powers thing makes everypony look so pretty, but Fluttershy's colors just seem really off.

I chose Twilight.  Of all of them, the extra markings don't seem to clash with the skin/fur.  Also, the light yellow fits strangely well with the rest of the mane.
