I have to say Jake Long, from American Dragon: Jake Long.

 

 

Well, the 1st season version at least, when he had some muscles. In season 2, though, the writers said "Oh, we don't want a dragon that looks like he goes to the gym twice a day!", and thus they made him very skinny and ugly.
