Do female Bronies (or Pegasisters) have a thing for Discord?

I'm not sure but it appears to me that many female Bronies have a thing for Discord, same applies to some degree to King Sombra too.

 

 

Often authors of fanfics, creater of groups and artists of him tend to be female...

 

 

Are there really that many pegastisters that have a thing for Discord?

 

If so, then i guess it's the usual "All girls want Badboys" thing...

I like Discord since he’s different (from what I know of) from other villains. I like to think that the reason he’s mischievous is that he knows that he’s powerful and uses his reality warping as a toy.

 

Otherwise, I don’t have a thing for him. Also, I usually prefer heroes to villains, as well as the fact that I'm not fond of bad boys.

I don't have a thing for Discord so much as I have a thing for 'Q' from Star Trek, and Discord is a very, very obvious homage. Chaotic, mischievous, omnipotent reality warping beings, both played by John de Lancie? (And lets face it, de Lancie has a great voice.)

 

Sombra I'm not too sure about, but it probably has a lot to do with everyone's personal head canons of him. He's a very open ended villain with no backstory to speak of. I like to assume he was consumed by dark magic like Luna/Night Mare Moon, so the kind of pony he was before and what drove him to dabble in dark magic make for great story ideas.

I'm a guy and I "have a thing" for Discord. Of course it's easy to understand since I frikkin love Q and Discord is just MLP version of Q. Not to mention John de Lancie is one of my all time favorite actors no matter what the media is.

There are some girls that might have a crush on Discord, I certainly have seen that but overall I Discord is pretty popular with both guys and girls. I am a guy and Discord is what convinced me to give this show a chance so he is special to me in that way as well as of course being awesome.

It's kinda strange in Sombras situtation. He was just one trick villain and yet has more female fans than the other good stallions.

I dunno about female fans (except maybe Ilovekimpossiblealot) but if I had the chance with the guy I'd probably take it (either De Lancie or Discord... or both :3)
