Fulttershy came looking for RD but when she found her RD refused to leave until she went for one more drive. Not wanting to be left alone Fluttershy eventually decided to come as well. I'm thinking the shot was taken while driving slowly but even that was too much her. I'm naturally assuming that you told her to put on her seatbelt afterwards right? You wouldn't want to get pulled over because there were unrestrained ponies in your car would you?
