For my final semester of college, I'm taking a creative writing class just for the sake of taking it, as well as to stretch out my Pell Grant. I wanted to take it in order to see if I couldn't improve my writing at all, or at least learn a bit more about what good writing is like.
This is one of the exercises I was supposed to do for homework. The exercise was called Common Objects, and I was essentially supposed to make a list of a few objects around me, then write a story around them treat
As most of you might know, I'm a fan of school. Also, as most of you might know, I'm also a fan of maths. But something about Maths class today...just left me feeling bored. Which was strange. Whenever I'm in Maths class, I always feel like doing work. I mean, it's Maths, right? Why would I not do work? It's like the most fun subject ever! So I have been ridiculously LAZY this weekend, and other than cooking (I grilled some boneless fillets after experimenting with a dry rub. it was freaking amazing), cleaning,and moving my new bed/couch thingy into the house, I haven't done anything at all these past three days. I am so ashamed. No ponies, No anime, and no real tv. Just sleep. I love my new bed. This is one of those things that just annoys me. I hate that people can't seem to understand the difference between Graphical Fidelity as opposed to Aesthetic. I thought that people might have recognized the difference by now, but nope. No one seems to get it. They just pile the two together.

Yesterday, my dog (a female American Cocker Spaniel) got hurt somehow when chasing our cat, and we had though she dislocated her hip, since she had difficulty using her hips/hind legs afterwards. Today, we took her to the vet.
Turns out, the news is worse. She has a ruptured disk in her spine, and there is major swelling on her spinal chord, giving her nerve damage. This, probably combined with the pain of the injury itself, means she is effectively partially paralyzed from the waist down, a

Ok, today I went to my cousins birthday party... My uncle owns a pool and rented two bounce houses... I really don't enjoy going to family things... I find my cousins very annoying. (mostly because they really can't do anything wrong...) It's like my mom takes me there, so I can see how she expects me to act. I try to fit in with my family, but no matter how hard I try, I always get overlooked.
