I respect your view but like i said i can't agree completely with that i understand there won't be completely peace here, but saying it's because it was supposed to be means there's no point in trying anything. Nothing is handed to anyone all the changes that have happened because people had the courage to take a stand. I will continue to help people i know not everybody will change but it's a start if everybody just gave up and accepted the order and disorder of things we wouldn't have movements such as the civil rights movement, or woman's rights. In the end no people should attempt to make change change will not just come just because it was meant to be, it's because people actually pushed hard for change

Yes i agree that everybody has the potential to be good, which is why for myself i continue to attempt to help others it is at times stressful but for me i wish for a world that even if not perfect is filled with more good people who help one another and can be different without attempting to feel that this makes them better or above others

Sadly i have to disagree the fact there are good natured humans proves that there are actually good people, i used to have given up but i have met a few good natured people that give me the courage to attempt to make the world a better place. Giving up i don;t agree with especially seeing as i have seen good people. I do agree in the end i believe many of us our connected and in order to change we must first come to the conclusion the for all the differences people have we are still human in the end and must come together if we wish to be the best we can be.

Well that is exactly what i don't want to happen but i can see how that can happen. this was just more for people to share advice and critique one another's work, maybe help offer an idea if it's a story to help them out of a hole.

Ah i see it now guess i should have looked first, well i'm still see what happens with this. Personally i like a small-medium group of people that way people can get more personal attention instead of just people skimming through stuff

Just a little random babbling, i guess you can call this a poem if you think it's that good Dear Luna thank you for the night When all is gone of morning light Out comes the night and it's full on might The stars glow and shimmer on bright They watch me when i'm sad and gone and give me flight bursting through the sky like a sign from above in bright lights The moon arrives as the stars align and in the end they shine on bright dancing the dance of celestial's and as i close my eyes for the night, the stars and moon watch from above shining there light on me as the morning comes they slowly vanish until the next night Dear Luna thank you for the night Feel free to tell me what you think i honestly came up with this from the top of my head xD

So I'm not sure how this will work but i figured that I have seen many talented Bronies and people that write short stories and poems. Now like any person beginning or even experts we all love helpful criticism so i figured this thread is for so called writers and poets to share there stuff and maybe get some helpful advice to help themselves grow better. Now for me i love writing though i really can never get the courage to post my stuff. Only thing is i want this to be peaceful as possible when you give advice actually be specific instead of just saying this sucks or i hate the topic. Everybody try you best to be civil here and try to take criticism gently instead of getting upset this group is meant to help improve your writing skills instead of actually just people bashing you. Basically for me it's tough, i think i'd be a little better going to school if i knew what i was going for. i have to say if you're going for something involving the arts usually you'd be better taking classes or watching videos instead of actually going to school, for something like psychology or lets say history then it might be best to go to a higher education center.

I agree that now it seems that they are making it easier for all people to go to college but still for many it is expensive, I do agree that some majors you should go to school for but for something lets say like language i feel you are better of simply taking classes and using youtube, Right now i am simply worried because of not having a major for sure. I thought of Avation (possibly means lots of traveling) or something peformance wise

Alright so i'm going to school now and basically I've been thinking about this for a while it seems like everybody really tries to get people to go to college or university. But why go if you don;t even know what you want to go for or if you really can't afford it. I feel like the world is now trying to place college to high, If you don;t go to college it seems like you can barely get a job but if i spend years and money i don;t have i can get a job not thanks to my skill sets i feel but simply because a piece of paper says i have those skills. I'm really curious right now because i'm in college but i feel like i don't want to be because i don;t know what i want to do and the fact i'm worried about transfering to a university and being in debt. Why does it seem like nobody wants to actually see if you can learn a trade but is perfectly fine if a piece of paper says you can without actually seeing for themselves if you can learn said skills. Then ontop of it i thought general schools were meant for you to learn basics but why when you go to college very little classes actually have to do with your major and more on basic skills!. In the end why go to college simply to please others or because people say you need to to only wind up in debt and possibly have wasted you time. I know people who have degrees yet only went because people said they needed to or just to have a piece of paper. I know for me i'm only going because i have no money and i wish to move but this makes it hard for me to want to learn anything because i'm learning things i do not care about and that i thought college for the most part was learning your future career. IN the end i'm curious about the fact that people are more focused on pieces of paper then actual skill sets!
