  1. @@Frith is Magick, UNF! Yes, Rammstein? One of my all time favourite bands. My older brother introduced me to them a long time ago and I never looked back!
  2. I'm not exactly sure how large this file is... I just adjusted it but I can't remember. It's 4:18am and I decided to draw myself and some friends of mine as budgies (or parakeets, if you will). It's basically an inside joke but I'll explain because it's funny as heck, yo. So my friends and I were all sitting around a table. One of my friends was on Youtube and played for us a pokemon tune from the original Red/Blue(and Yellow) games. I don't remember which song it was though... anyway, without missing a beat, we all started bobbing our heads to the music in unison which somehow made me think of when budgies bop their heads all willy nilly. In turn, it gave me the brilliant idea to draw us as budgies. Anyway, I actually plan on animating this with our heads actually bobbing, so I'll update that when I can! EDIT: The song that was playing was the bike theme XDDD when you... ride the bike around... and it... <3
  3. I need to go to bed :S

  4. I was about 5 years old when this game first came out... and still I have never, in my life, heard of it. O____O That surprises me.
  5. I want to live in the universe where ponies are real but they're only about 5inches in height (from bottom of fore-hoof to the tip of their ears) so I can carry one around and show off how adorable it is
  6. About the "nice" comment in the pictures: It's there for a reason. Why? Because it's basically common knowledge that not only is it men who title themselves as "nice guys" (in the sense of "nice guys finish last" with women) but there is also something really important to remember: If you have to tell other people you're nice? You're probably not a nice guy. Men who complain that they are "friendzoned" (which is not even a real thing) always pull the, "women don't like nice guys, they only like douche bags" bit. So the whole "I'm nice" comment is likely supposed to represent that sexist attitude a lot of extremely vocal bronies have, unfortunately. That's technically not a neck beard X3 a neck beard encompasses specifically the neck only. He has hair above his jawline and over his lips so it's not a neck beard
  7. I'm probably going to get attacked for this, but there have only been a small handful of bronies I've met online/IRL who have been genuinely nice, good people. The rest? Well, I don't know everyone, so I'm not going to say every other brony I don't know is like this. The majority, however, have left a sour taste in my mouth which has even led me to abandon the "brony/pegasister" title and remain "closeted".
  8. That's not too bad! C: the design is pretty cute. I had a lot of fun looking at this, and I hope you don't mind but I cleaned up the lines and colour for you C: There are some things you can work on (no one is perfect) but if you like I can give you some tips! C:
  9. I have only ever subscribed to JanAnimations. Is he even a specifically pony artist? I dunno D: I don't care for brony made music because... it's basically all covers, remixes, dubstep, house, etc.
  10. Since when does R- You know, never mind :U You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink.
  11. They look like they have three legs... >u< hee hee! But yeah, I think they're cute C: Good job MLP crew!
  12. I think you're confusing facts with opinion. There is no accurate census on why we dream, that much is true. However, there is nothing wrong with wanting to dream or remembering your dreams. It's no different than me wanting to watch a science fiction film or read a book based on false events in a fantasy world of magic and dragons. It serves no real purpose in my life. And like you said, I have a reality to deal with so why bother with the fantasy? After all, someone might confuse the fictional with the non-fictional. If you don't want to remember your dreams and think they're a waste of time? That's cool. You have every right to do that. But you do not have the right to try and convince your opinion on others and back it up with incorrect science.
  13. But that's not caused by focusing on your dreams or remembering them or even by lucid dreaming. Especially not by lucid dreaming because it means you know you're asleep/dreaming and are aware of it. The majority of people who can't tell if they're awake or asleep have a sleeping disorder. The other small percent of people are either sleep deprived, have a medication side effect, abuse alcohol or illicit substances, or they possibly already have a psychiatric condition. Remembering your dreams isn't going to hurt you or your mental health in any way.
  14. But people who focus too much on dreams and can't tell the difference between reality and fantasy actually have a mental condition. If you think about your dreams and remember them, it doesn't mean you're going to develop or cause a mental illness. :/
  15. You don't make any sense. You absolutely hate a kind, generous, thoughtful, and caring pony named Rarity. Despise her, even. And yet you want to replace her with her evil counterpart who does nothing but cause pain to others? Yeah, okay.
  16. I don't think that's true... my psychologist told me that dreams are only "bad" because it just means you aren't getting a deep enough sleep. Unless you can prove to me with a medical source or proven study that dreams are somehow bad for your mental health, I don't believe you.
  17. Oh, gee >u< I guess I do say so, then! ... bazinga ;D
  18. I actually know a lot of people aspiring to be in the business and are in the business I have a lot of friends, men and women, who are considered fashionistas and quite a few of them actually design and make clothing. A lot of them are also in school for other fashiony things like hair styling and other beauty school things. And they are all good people. A lot of business are ruthless. I find it really funny that you're only complaining about the female dominated business and not even blinking an eye at male dominated business cliques. Besides, it depends on the person. You can be ruthless without being cruel and you can climb the latter of success without using people as your rungs. No one has to be anything and fashionable people, especially women, don't need to be whatever negative stereotype you project on them. Also, we did see Rarity last in the world of fashion business. Please re-watch "Rarity Takes Manehattan" and tell me again that deep down she's a cold hearted bitch.
  19. @@ghostfacekiller39, I am so sorry you have to go through this mini-debate... lol! You've mentioned at least 3-4 times that they are confusing Rarity with Diamond Tiara and they haven't mentioned anything about it. I think the type of personality they are projecting onto Rarity is not only incorrect but also bias and rude. He is taking his past experiences with snooty people and assuming all women who like fashion and pretty things must be horrible people. It's no more ignorant that me saying, "every male brony is gay because he enjoys MLP"
  20. It actually does Logic doesn't depend on a single statistic like a single fandom's reaction to certain characters. Logic is reasoning conducted or assessed according to strict principles of validity. I think you're confusing logic with probability.
  21. Even if she was under-appreciated, there is logical reasoning for her not to be noticed. She's barely shown at all. She's barely even mentioned. She doesn't do much and had no significant role in Twilight's life aside from being her first villain and then again trying to help her make friends. She's only just a tiny bit more than a background pony We don't even know a lot about her; a lot of her personality is fannon. However, she is still a beloved princess! The amount of affection that is shown towards her even surpasses the main characters.
  22. If she really was stuck-up, she wouldn't be friends with the ponies she has. She also wouldn't be the element of generosity. She would be cold, distant, unfriendly and not forthcoming because she would believe she was more superior than other ponies. This is not Rarity. Rarity has a lot of self-confidence and isn't afraid to be vocal about how much she loves herself or anything/pony else. Just because she might dislike more down to Earth things, it doesn't make her a bad person. When she says, "darling", she isn't even saying it in a condescending manner like an actual stuck-up person might say. Basically, if you judge someone on their speech pattern, fashion sense, and preferences? You're the stuck-up one.
  23. My friend bought me a vinyl collectable Dr. Whooves figure when she was in LA <3

  24. I think it should be a new rule of the internet that if there is a fanbase for anything, it's automatically going to suck. One bad apple runs the bunch, as they say. And my own experience has shown me every fandom has at least one bad apple.
