  1. I can take hate from the "keyboard warriors" of the internet, but when your "friends" shun you for your enjoyment of something as trivial as a TV show, it stings.

The fuck is a keyboard warrior?

Just a term I've seen used and used for people who attack others on the internet. ie someone comments on your tumblr post "haha gay, I could kick your ass."

      The Soldier

Those friends aren't your friends at all... You know how the song goes...

"A true, true friend helps a friend in need..."

  2. Huh my favorite shows are Doctor Who, Firefly, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, MLP, Angel, The IT Crowd, Game of Thrones Sherlock and Battlestar Galactica. I have a passion for computers and technology in general, I built my own gaming computer, I play video games all the time. I read a lot, mostly fantasy like LOTR, A Song of Ice and Fire, The Rook etc. I spend lots of my time online and am teaching myself to code and I worry about school work far more than my nearly non-existent social life. Yeah, I'm a nerd.
  3. Well today has been indescribably terrible, in all facets.

      Sorry to hear that, man.

Meh, it's alright. Things have just not been going my way lately.

  4. I hate people so much right now. Does the media have no shame? Posting fucking graphic images of the victims? Have some fucking respect. I truly wish the best for the victims and those affected.

  5. The first two episodes of the series are what hooked me. The problem some people will have with it would be the singing I'd expect. I for one groaned when Pinkie began to sing. I stuck through with it though and ended up watching the whole first season within three days. The day after I watched the first two episodes I realised I was singing "Giggle at the Ghosties" under my breath and came to the conclusion that the music was actually GOOD and enhanced rather than detracted from the show. Basically what I'm saying is just start from the beginning.
  6. The movie was actually based of a really great book, also going by the name Watership Down. It's a wonderful read and I highly recommend it. I actually didn't know that there was a film adaptation of the book though! I'll have to watch it when I get the chance.
  7. Solid night. I finished series 5 of Doctor Who and then played two hours of Bioshock 2. I think I'm almost done with it!

  8. I'm thinking some Doctor Who or Firefly. Perhaps some Buffy? I don't know, we'll see.
  9. Woah, woah, woah. Bruce Campbell is reprising his role as Ash? Oh my gosh, that movie will be the epitome of spectacularness. How had I not heard that before? And also I didn't know that this Evil Dead is only a sort of remake. I was under the impression that it was a total remake.
  10. I really want to see it but none of the theaters near me are playing it, which is a damn shame. I've heard that it loses quite a bit of its charm without Bruce Campbell though, which is understandable as he pretty much made the originals.
  11. I've always said that an honest enemy is better than a false friend, but sometimes honesty hurts. A lot. Especially when it comes from someone you care for.

I always appreciate the truth, but sometimes the truth is very hard to here. Despite this, I prefer honesty over white lies. I want it straight up even if it will sting.

      Rainbow Dash

IMO brutal honesty is good for you. It's there so you dont get an ego

  12. There's only one that I'm aware of and I'm honestly too shy to approach her. My school is also 60% rednecks so it is legitimately dangerous to be too different. Someone got their shoe lit on fire for defending a gay person against a redneck. Hard to believe, I know. I didn't believe it when I heard it until I asked my school resource officer about it. I bucking hate my school.
  13. You win some, you lose some. Despite... other events today has turned out pretty well. Finished essays, aced a math test, talked with a good friend for the first time in months. All's well that ends well I suppose.

  14. My avatar has been navelfied!

  15. Let it be known that Nathan Fillion is the most amazing person ever. That man is not only a spectacular actor, but an amazing (and funny) person as well. So much respect for him.

  16. I'm Fluttershy. I'm quiet and don't speak unless spoken to, and even then it usually just comes out as a mumble. If you get me talking on something I'm interested or passionate about, I'll talk. A lot, especially around friends. Because I'm so shy lots of people take that as a they can push me around, which is pretty accurate. I usually won't do much and because of this I end up getting made fun of a lot. There are lines though, and last year someone crossed a HUGE one with me. I ended up hitting him in the face, something that I've regretted ever since. I hate violence so you have to understand how much it takes me to get to that point. The only big difference between me in real life and me on here is, I probably won't talk to you if I saw you in real life unless I've gotten pretty close to you online.
  17. Nothing hurts more than having your trust shattered by someone you truly thought you knew and cared about. Nothing.

Same thing happened to me with a friend I've had for 11 years. I feel very jaded towards friendships and trust now.

I shouldn't say I know how you feel, but that has happened to me and I agree with you completely.

Honestly, it's probably for the better. I don't want false friends anyway. If you don't like me, tell me. Don't pretend to like me mislead me into trusting you. It still hurts though. A lot.

  18. Yes, Rainbow Dash is my favorite as well. Well she's tied for my favorite at least.
  19. Yeah that episode creeped me out as well. I wouldn't say that the show itself is all that scary though. I just finished the sixth season. Tara... I cried. Anyways the creepiest show that I've seen... I honestly can't think of that many genuinely scary shows, at least that I've seen. I guess I'll go with The Following but that's more tense than scary.
  20. I'm absolutely going with Rainbow Dash and Scootaloo. First, Scootaloo is my favorite CMC by far, second Rainbow Dash is tied with Fluttershy and Twilight for my favorite of the mane 6 and last because their relationship reminds me so much of my relationship with my older brother. Sweetie Belle and Rarity are a close second though. I thought Sisterhooves Special was just so darn adorable.
  21. So I'll just spend the night finishing season 3 of Angel so I can move on to the final season of Buffy. I still can't believe about Tara though. I don't think I cried that hard over fiction since Wash in Serenity. Damn you Joss Whedon.

  22. Ugh I really need to stop bottling up all my stress and emotions. I feel like I'm about to explode.

  23. Well. Season 6 of Buffy was an emotional roller coaster. I feel bad for my twitter followers. I posted around 25 tweets about what I was thinking while watching.

  24. GILES! Giles came back!
