  1. The episode was quite interesting. The conflict between applejack and rarity was well executed and it also connects to the viewer's by stepping into there shoes when they had the same situation (where one like's someone but they like someone else and that influences the person to become someone there not). There was a few laugh's throughout the episode. Probably one of the best in the episode and the series in total was when rarity said to spike something along the lines of "Do you get the feeling of liking someone but they like someone else?" and then spike looks to the viewers because of the irony in that one joke. That was very clever IMO. The episode was a bit dull compared to others though but what saves it was the ending which was a beautifully added on message which the episode was trying to teach.
  2. If discord appears in the sequel, I will instantly fall in love with it :3
  3. I'm actually relieved that song Twilight and Cadance did at every second they met was not in the episode. It was repetive and acted as filler to make episodes longer a few seconds.
  4. Good Episode overall, Had an unique plot and the message was delivered perfectly.
  5. This episode was a waste of plot. Had a poorly made slapped on message at the end and made the journey unnessacary to have. The beginning was to rushed and could of had some development done to it before it got onto the actual plot. The family trip was un-needed, why couldn't applejack simply walk over there herself and check if pinkie was a member, The dust could of been easily wiped off the book. And the biggest problem is that pinkie could of easily not been a member of the apple family. So it technical terms she is using applejack to supply and help her by assuming that the apple's are her family.
  6. It's not about the cast, It's the actual show itself and how it portrays the male gender. IMO, It doesn't matter if it's targeted towards a certain age group as long as it doesn't go overboard and stereotype the other gender. Please take note that I'm a theorist and I'm into this stuff. So you can't really classify someone who's in a fandom under there personality.
  7. I don't know about other people but I really do think the show has alot to do with the male stereotyping. That big muscle horse for example, He's your average male showoff who has big mucles. Spike, Look closely and the show is picturing him as a doormat to twilight (I REALLY want an episode where spike realizes this and takes control of his life himself). I am not accsuing the show of being sexist, Just nitpicking at it a little. I love the show like a brony but I pick at it like an Anti-Brony
  8. Why is it that boy's are potrayed as slaves in the show? Why is it that the majority of ponyville is women? If so how do the pony's reproduce? I find this as an issue in the show really, It would be good for both the community and the show if a gender equality was made so it portrays both the genders in the right way. So why does it keep on doing this? For a more bigger female fanbase? MLP Tales did it right, So why not here? I feel like this is what is blocking me for becoming a true brony but the more it insults the male gender, the more I hate the show and the more of the feeling I want to forget about it and get away from the brony culture all together...
  9. Worst episode of the season so far, Everything felt rushed...
  10. I find it quite funny how we get a episodes on Bats right after the episode of saving a city with superhero powers. I wonder what they are trying to reference?
  11. It could have potential for sequel's to the original episode where the mane 6 find themselves back in the comic.
  12. It's decent but It would of been a nice reference if Twilight was The mane-iac's assistant... This would make the story more interesting because they could add a betrayal twist involved near the end where Twilight helps the Power Ponies. And it would add a harley quinn reference (Another Character Tara Voices) And dd anyone think that the story could be over in 3 seconds with rarity's power....
  13. Episode 5 was an okay episode, not one of the strongest of the season. The ending was far rushed IMO
  14. The point I'm trying to across is that does it bug you everytime the ponies say Everypony? I personally think the word Everyone sounds better.
  15. This one is hard for me. I have only covered Season 1 and 2 and the only songs that I'm addicted to are... The Smile Song The Flim Flam Brothers Song Find A Pet Song At The Gala This Day Aria If I had to choose I would go with The Flim Flam Brothers Song because it's dead catchy and the melody is absolutely amazing. Coming up second would be This Day Aria, Britt McKillip Absolutely nails and kills it...
  16. In my personal opinion, The end of MLP is in sight when a plot like Celestia is slowly dying and the Mane 6 are using her final hours to recap on how they have experienced friendship throughout there journeys. During the last few seconds though Celestia tell's Twilight that she is next in line to take the throne. Then what happens is Twilight could be seen putting on her element of magic during a celebration with the mane six standing next to her with there elements on as new princesses to equestria along with Luna.
  17. I have Only Read Rainbow Factory and Pegasus Device. Both are very good stories.
  18. Definitely one of my all time favourite episodes from season 1. The sonic rainboom being one of the most memorable moments. The 1 thing I had a problem with this episode is Rarity, she seemed annoying because I felt like in every scene involving her the attention was really on her instead of Dash. IMO, most of the attention should of been on Dash because the episode shows much potential for strong character development for her character but instead the episode was more focusing on the "pretty" wings Rarity had.
