  1. Yu're banned for not understanding it was a Gravity Falls reference.
  2. Something like this is extremely unpredictable and would be unable to be even assumed. Plus, I hardly even remember my OC anymore. I don't think it's necessary to pull it out of the dark, it just didn't work out.
  3. Was this the episode that got me into the series? Of course it was! Why would I not start with the first episode, am I right!? And I loved it at the time. However, after going much deeper into the show, you realize, eh, it's kind of-- dull. It's not really that much of a problem, as with the first episode (actually, the first couple), we can never truly figure out exactly what the show wanted to be. And now we know it's gonna take risks and take them well. Here, it's just a bit underdone. The first half does fine at introducing the characters, led to some pretty funny moments, and was just nice, but first the characters were slightly flanderized. It kinda needed to be that, though, in order to fit all thier main character triats into under 22 minutes, so I won't complain. Second, the rest of plot becomes predictble because of that. Twilight doesn't care about friends and just wants to complete the task, and along the way meets and get to know them, and Friendship becomes magic and all that stuff. It's still decent. But the second half falls apart and is just vague at times and stupid at others. (What does telling someone to fall to thier death represent honesty? What's with that sea serpent?) It picked up with an amazing climax, but that's really it. Overall, this episode's fine to start the series with, but is not very good to rewatch. Final Verdict: Meh. It was ok.
  4. You are banned for lying to me. Also, for parking in handicapped parking spaces, shoplifting fireworks, and smuggling endangered animals across multiple state lines. Also, you're fat.
  5. As much as I like shows like Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, and Camp Lazlo!, Boomerang wasn't really meant for that. I think it's a good idea to air these shows, but I don't think they should take down the "classic" classic cartoons from Hannah Barbera or The Looney Tunes. Even so, Chowder is pushing the limits or recency, but not as much as Nicktoons, which has even threw Breadwinners on there and has gotten rid of even the "Modern" classic shows like My Life as a Teenage Robot and Danny Phantom. Overall, the two are probably equal.
  6. I'm going to welcome you with the offically canon MLP welcome song! According to Pinkie, at least.
  7. Of course it isn't! The only reason it's still airing a second season is because it's acquired from DC Nation; if it was a Cartoon Network Original it would have surely been canned. The runtime of a show isn't linked to it's popularity or quality like it should. Also, Cartoon Netowork is far better than it was a few years ago, and while not close to perfect (yet), it is still the best place for kids to go to watch TV of the major networks, while Nickelodeon is definitely the worst. It still has Adventure Time, and it's thier most popular show, but they don't air the crap out of it like SB, giving a chance for great shows like Gumball, Steven Universe, and Clarence. Anything Nick is, CN is pretty much the opposite with minor exceptions.
  8. I was just going back to the forums and was checking out how everyone was doing, however, I couldn't recognize a lot of people. Okay, these are the same people I've known, they just changed thier username Even I just changed it. It's just confusing and a bit of a hassle to figure out just who's changed thier name to what. I think we should have a feature where when one or more of the users on your friends list changes thier Display Name, that you should be notified so you won't have to take the pointless time of figuring it out. I actually completely confused a friend back from my original site today for whole nother guy. I think having a feature like this would be useful in avoiding that.
  9. They're stupid an there's no point to their existance. Enough said.
  10. So, the current username, which is probably my third or fourth one, is just based off the original concept of my username on other sites, only I replaced the character name from something SpongeBob related to my favorite pony. It was't initially too special, it was just, years ago I was a much bigger SB fan than I am now and back then I always was watching it. One thing that confuses me is that, despite the great freedom of changing your name here, you can never really find anyone when they constantly change it. They should really have some kind of feature where you can get a notification when a friend changes his/her username.
  11. Last movies I watched were Rudoplh the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Frosty the Snowman, and Frosty Returns on CBS for Rudolph's 50th anniversary. That's impressive that it's been such a beloved classic for that long. Frosty Returns wasn't all that impressive, though, it was just lacking of the charm of the original and just was very by-the-book and slightly, only slightly, annoying/boring.
  12. I remember seeing G3 MLP many years ago with my sister before Friendship is Magic became a thing, and I remember it being total garbage, but (fortunately) I barely remember now. As for having G3 still being on the air for Christmastime, I just have to ask WHY!? Okay, maybe it's because G4's Christmas episode isn't all that special for the show at hand, but come on! You moved on to directly pandering to little girls. I think I saw this one though. Was it the one with the song about socks?
  13. Season 1: Sonic Rainboom Season 2: Hurricane Fluttershy Season 3: Sleepless in Ponyville Season 4: Filli Vanilli/Pinkie Pride (Originally said Twilight's Kingdom but I didn't originally notice the afternote)
  14. I'm not sure what I should think of them since I never met anyone Australian. But I think people just kind of ignore them because they're tucked into the outback. In fact, the Australians only got out of the Stone Age, like, 200 years ago. One piece of proff for that is the crazy prices for many products, because what do they have to trade back, Nuclear Power. What is that currently good for when we have nowhere to put the waste?
  15. No, just, no. This is not the Scooby-Doo we all know and love. It doesn't even resemble any of the million incarnations. (I grew up with the 2002 version What's New, Scooby Doo?, which was definitely great, and for animation, it was similar to the original, but in a much higher definition). I could forgive if it looked good, but this one looks like a little kid could have done it. I still can't put my finge on what really pisses me off, though. I still can't form a full opinion since we haven't seen it in motion, and it ends up being very different when that happens. Even so, Cartoon Network is a channel of originality and quality (with the exception of Teen Titans Go!), so I'll still check it out.
  16. There are many things I'm looking forward to seeing in Season 5, as Season 4 managed to not just hold o ot it's quality, but get even better, so I hope ths'll be no different. However, of all the things I hope will come next year, the one I'm the most eager for is the 100th episode. It's possible they won't do anything super special, but with a show as good as this, they kind of have to. SpongeBob had it's 100th episode be "Krusty Krab Training Video," which is my personal favorite episode and has been very well-recieved, and it's not even the kind of show that does that! (I'm sure it was just a coincidence that it was the 100th episode, but who knows). We could see many of our most important questions revealed, or we could have something that we haven't see on TV, or maybe we could get a legit Christmas episode, or have Sunset join the Mane 6 or have an episode that's gender-bent or anything! We'll just have to wait and see.
  17. I was near the end of posting a couple paragraphs on why I love the episode, but unfortunately one of my other tabs recieved an unresponsive script and the browser was too slow to close it at the time, so I'll just say it hits all the right notes an episode should, Fluttershy goes through great development, it has good jokes and music, very well-written, realistic, and relatable story, and a fantastic moral. Also, some people have complained about Pinkie's performance for being out-of-character and mean-spirited, but I didn't mind. It increased tension slightly, it was clearly shown as wrong, and I just found it too ridiculous to take seriously. Also, even if I hated her, it wouldn't affect the score as it's only like, 30 seconds worth of a 22-minuter. Overall, this was fantastic, and one of my favorites of season 4.
  18. Finally taking a look back here.

Oh, sorry, didn't realize you already had it. I just thought it looked cool. will change it later.

  19. Finally heard something from Mr. Enter involving when he'll be covering it. I'm surprised, since he didn't even seem to mention it before despite multiple people asking and many other members of the analysis community already covering it, even if it's not much.
  20. Of course I remember this show. It was that great, action-packed, funny series that Nickelodeon canned too quickly. Definitely on my Top 5 nicktoons.
  21. I just got a hold of even more LEGO sets. This time, Santa's Workshop, which I just built, The Palace Cinema, and The Sydney Opera House. No, the nooby architecture one. I got the ginourmous Creator version.
