  1. Hello, Amazing_Dashie_Girl! As a Brony, I'd say Pegasisters are awesome; I haven't seen a single one so far that makes me think otherwise! Male or female, having a good friend is truly an amazing thing; Bronies and Pegasisters are one of the few fandom groups that I have a LOT of respect for. Honestly, I'm probably in the minority of people in the world that would wait and let their future partner come to them (I'd have the same approach toward cutie marks too, if I were a pony! ) Other than personal preferences that are a must, It wouldn't bother me too much if my future somepony wasn't either a pegasister, or a gamer. All in all, just like Bronies, Pegasisters make this fandom the awesome group that it is!
  2. Nice! Unique, and VERY adorable! I wonder what kind of cute and silly situations she'll be involved in. I've had the same "bland" fursona for years, but I'm more than happy with him, though. Sadly, my only artistic outlet is through literature; I can't draw nor animate well.
  3. Pretty much enjoying a day off by binging on Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate. That Calculus exam tomorrow, though....

  4. I'm loving this thread, already! other than RPGs, THIS is game genre that claims countless hours of my time. My first fighting game was X-men Vs Street fighter. Because I was an elementary school student and a button masher at the time, I couldn't properly enjoy that gem. To make matters worse, I had zero sportsmanship, and I got salty from losing very quickly. That poor disc never lived to see my leap into playing fighting games competitively. Killer Instinct is pretty much my fighting game of choice; When the game got announced at E3 (two years ago, I believe), my childhood was screaming at me to watch the progress of the reboot like a hawk. To my surprise, I'm actually above average at the game; I pretty much only main Thunder, due to my bias toward grapplers; that should change by the end of March with the release of the game's second grappler, though. I'll probably be stuck as an online warrior for years, because I use an Xbox 360 arcade stick with CronusMax. :okiedokielokie:
  5. Thanks, Buzz! Awesome gif, by the way. Last week, I thought chatting with others wasn't fun, but still fulfilling. However, I'm having a blast so far, and I'm confident that I'll continue to enjoy my time here in the future as well! I've got black hair and brown eyes, but I still think it's awesome that we have stuff in common. Thanks, Jonas! I'm as enthusiastic about being here as much as Pinkie Pie after seeing somepony who she's never met before! Actually, I don't think I could match at least half of her enthusiasm, considering that she's Pinkie Pie, after all. I'm still excited to be here, though!
  6. On Topic Post 2: Over 98% (rough estimate. I'm bad at the maths) of the cast of FIM is either cute or adorable in my eyes, regardless of their actually intended personality. The not cute or adorable 2% includes Discord, Snips and Snails (I don't care if they're colt age!), and a few others that I might have forgotten to mention. -_-
  7. Nice! I was hoping somebody would notice that statement. My childhood treasures that game, along with other gems like Final Fantasy Tactics and Vandal Hearts. As long as that game gets rebooted, I'd be happy, regardless of the console it gets released on (maxed out graphics and frames per second on PC does sound very smexy though! ). On a side note, I think a moment of silence for those great PlayStation games (yes, you too, Legend of the Dragoon! ) is very well deserved.
  8. I don't see an "issue" here, ooBrony. I'm sorry that you had to deal with rude kids during your childhood; Stuff like that can hurt, bad. It's almost common nowadays, and it sucks, but children (not all of them of course) can be cruel. I know, and I can vouch for, this statement. Being diagnosed within the autism spectrum and being treated like an outcast has damaged, but hasn't tainted, my childhood. The emotional scars I received from basically all three years of middle school seem like they'll never go away, but I'm not gonna trouble you with that sob story of mine. I'm happy that you made a friend that supported you, up to your freshman year in high school. I'm sure it does suck that they had to go to a different high school. I have a feeling that they haven't forgotten about you, though. I had a friend during my high school years, up to my graduation. We met during guitar class, and from then on, we were pretty good pals. Despite how odd I seemed, he pretty much ignored that and tried to hang out with me whenever possible. He was an awesome friend, and I consider him to be one of the best friends I've had so far in my life. After we both graduated, I didn't keep in contact with him, because I was very introverted at the time; big mistake, right? From then on, I haven't seen or heard from him. I assume that your friend still remembers you, because often than not, it's difficult to just wipe someone off your mind after a great friendship with mostly good memories. I assume the same about my high school friend. TL;DR: There isn't an issue. Classmates can be hurtful even during childhood; I've experienced that firsthand. I've lost contact with a very good friend of mine, but I'm sure he still remembers me. I believe the same about your friend.
  9. Thanks, tKestrel! It's great to meet you too! Honestly, breaking my lurking streak has made me feel miles more happy than I've felt in months. Howdy, CC_Maud_Pie! I'm loving this forum already, judging by my recent experiences here. I understand the negative college experience, as an Aspie myself. This might be obvious and corny advice, but don't let the negative experiences affect you too much. I used to think that Asperger's Syndrome was a curse that ruined or would eventually ruin my life, until I came to terms with it. Now I believe that the disorder isn't a curse, but something that makes me, and many others, unique. Gosh, that was pretty corny, eh?
  10. Thanks for the welcome, Radioactive Pegasus! That monologue sounded real close to something I'd hear when playing Gauntlet; that brings back good memories. Thanks, GamingRainbowDash! I'm happy to be here!
  11. Arachnophobia victim, here. It even hinders my gaming hobbies occasionally. I love RPGs, but dog-sized to elephant-sized spiders are pretty much a permanent part of RPG history. The phobia made me pass on trying Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, and I doubt I'll ever have the chance to try the game again without repurchasing it. It depends on how detailed the arachnid is, though. In some games I shrug it off casually, while in others I: tense up, hop half an inch off my seat because of a descending spider, pause the game for a bit, turn it off, or all of the above in a varying order. Sadly, that isn't even my worst phobia! I know many people would laugh at the idea of someone consistently afraid of demons, but I'm one of those few who are scared crapless of something that wouldn't show up in front of an average Joe in likely thousands of centuries. Just the idea of being attacked off-guard by a demon at any possible second really freaks me out. Ironically, not a single demon in ANY form of media bothers me. :okiedokielokie:
  12. Nutella isn't all that great, and it's the villain of sandwich toppings. Watermelons rival onions, regarding fruits and vegetables with bad smells. While he is overpowered as a DC hero, Superman deserves a lot of respect.; that applies to what he stands for as well. FPS games are boring, unless combined with RPG elements (don't kill meh! it was an opinion!) Threads of Fate deserves a reboot; any gaming console will do. Tactical RPGs get repetitive quickly. *Holds paladin shield in front of face*
  13. Yikes, I'm almost at a loss of words to describe how cruel and disturbing that is. It hurts me even more, considering that canines are my favorite species of animals. It would be great if more people realized how inhumane that group is being, and the group's page gets taken down. I'm not gonna get my hopes up, though...
  14. Really, really cute! They certainly make the idea of an animated FIM spin-off with all of Equestria being made of paper very appealing.
  15. Thanks, WoofWoof! I'm happy to be here! That AJ pic is adorable! Also, that Hulk Hogan pic made my day, brother!
  16. Thanks, rpc8169! I'll be sure to mention any eventual questions that I'll have ASAP! Thanks, ooBrony! I appreciate the welcome, and meeting other happy ponies is always enjoyable! Nice! Patience as well as the willingness to listen to a friend are two of the many qualities that make a great friend! I'm cool with discussing fanfics in my free time too. On a side note: I wanted to mention that despite being at the "prime age of a person" I'm sure my typed WPM equals that of a senile man in his 90s! Typing and other electronic forms of communication have never really been my strong point. Sorry about the slow replies.
  17. Thanks for the welcome, Trashman! I'm 100% sure I'll enjoy chatting here.
  18. Thanks for the welcome, Chip! While I'm a new user, I hope I can help you out in return, somehow; Even if it's just being the guy that listens when somebody wants to vent or simply talk, I'd love to help!
  19. My Favourite Mane 6 Pony: Applejack How did you find MLP Forums?: How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: When I'm not bored out of my mind dealing with college, I love to enjoy most of my free time gaming. I've held on to that hobby for years, and I don't plan on dropping it anytime soon. RPG's and fighting games have the most of my attention out of all the gaming genres. I wanted to be a part of this awesome community, because I recently realized the many great experiences and friendships that I'd be missing out on by only lurking. Plus, lurking's kinda boring to me, nowadays! I'm beyond hyped to actually try being part of an online community for the first time in my life! I look forward to chatting with you all, and I hope every one of you has an awesome day (or night)! TL;DR: College sucks, and is also boring. Gaming is awesome, and so is MLP: FIM. I'm done lurking, and I'm excited to eventually be a part of this community. You're all awesome, and keep being awesome!
