Ah so many good villains! One quasi-villain I feel like should have been added is the demon/mountain at the end of fantasia. That dude was scary and powerful and COOL. I can understand why he may not be considered a villain since there wasn't much of a plot anyway, but man that dude scared me straight as a kid.

There is no hard and fast rule in my house. most of the time I just wear socks or house shoes, but sometimes I just leave on my outside shoes when I walk in. It is all based on what is most comfortable.

I don't want to live forever, at least not in this life. This life has many hardships, and though I may have the opportunity to live forever, I would likely die from an act of violence or a freak accident (since little else could kill me). Also, having a sense of mortality helps to push me into action today, because If I don't do it now I may never get the chance. My hope is not in this life, but in the next.

Are you talking about in equestria? perhaps the everfree forest, which could either be overgrown (taking over equestria) or dying (due to pony nukes or something). Or maybe in the diamond dog mines, the last shelter in an inhospitable world. You could have it in the crystal empire, the last remaining city in Equestria. another possiblitiy could be floating cloud cities/fortresses where the ground is full of death/zombies/insert apocalyptic thing

I play french horn, so I may be a little biased. But If I had to pick a different instrument I would say cello, or perhaps bassoon.

Hmm, let's see For Generosity: there is a magical fire that will bestow the element to the one who most generously sacrifices something to the fire, aka who sacrifices something that is the most valuable to them with a willing spirit. If you want, you could have the fire return all the items that were given generously For Honesty: There is a room full of magical mirrors that show the pony's reflection almost exactly. The reflections move and act on their own and each have something exaggerated, sometimes physically, sometimes psychologically (the reflections communicate telepathically). out of the dozens of mirrors, only one shows the true reflection both outside and inside. the pony who can identify that mirror gets the element For Laughter: a candidate is assigned to a yak from yakyakistan and are challenged to "give them something to smile about" For Kindness: candidates go on a scaveneger hunt where they are required to do a "kind deed" at specific locations. in between a couple of locations an old pony is struggling to cross a street and is moving very slowly. it turns out she is the last stop on the scavenger hunt, so whoever stops and helps her first gets the element. For Loyalty: each of the candidates are given a cat that is trying desperately to get away from them. The last candidate to still have possession of their cat gets the element. I litterally just made these up, so I don't know what kind of context you are looking for, but hopefully this helps give you some ideas
