This thread was in a bit of trouble and kind of a pain to clean up. Please use the Report feature for future problem posts and provide reasons for why you'd want the posts to be removed rather than arguing back with the poster who is giving you issues. It would also benefit you to take a less aggressive stance against other users wanting to take requests and instead ask them politely to let you take the requests. As for Flare's post to you, he was offering constructive criticism, albeit in the form of being very blunt. He's simply saying that you should practice working on shading in your images to give them a more solid grounding in the real world you're putting them into. He isn't saying that you're doing bad, but that there is progression to be made, and I tend to agree with him. Keep up the work that you're doing, but try adding in shading and applying shadows to help make them seem more like they're in the real world. You'll be making some awesome shaded stuff in no time.

Piracy is not something that we here at MLP Forums advocate in any way. Though there is no hard rule against posting it, we feel it should be common sense not to openly discuss and encourage any forms of illegal activity on the forums. That being said, I don't believe that this program is necessarily for pirating. If this were to be made for downloading PMV's or fan-made songs (such as those by WoodenToaster) it would not be a problem at all. It isn't worth arguing over whether it is piracy or not when it currently does nothing but link to a couple of websites.

She pointed her dainty hoof towards a bridge nearby. "I know it's not the best of places to go, but it would at least provide us refuge from the snow, should it start to kick up." She looked back and forth between the two before heaving out a sigh. "Okay, fine, going under a bridge isn't a good idea, and I don't know where else we could go, but the librarian threatened to kill me and I didn't know what else to do!" She sniffled a little and lay down on the ground, curling her hooves under her for warmth. "Now I'm really cold, so if either of you have any suggestions, I'd be glad to hear them. I don't believe I want to catch pneumonia out here!" She began to shiver, her teeth clacking together, as she continued to lay in the snow.

While Feld0 is a great guy, and, of course, the guy I have to thank for my position in the first place, the other mods are all awesome to work with, too, and I'm proud to call them my friends! Heck, I'll give everypony a breakdown on what I think of all of the mods individually. (Don't worry, it's all positive!) Feld0 - Everypony should know that I hold him in high esteem. I don't hide it, and I'm not just here to kiss up to him; he's seriously an impressive fellow! He manages to juggle multiple successful websites and his school life while he's only sixteen years old. If that isn't impressive, I don't know what is. Zoop - My first friend here on the forums, I knew he would make an excellent mod before Kurtiss had even stepped down from his position as an admin and started the hiring of mods to begin with. Sure enough, he got the first moderator position, and for great reason. He's calm, collected and intelligent, but not above being silly and mingling on the forums. Swoop - What can I say about Swoop except that he seemed like an excellent choice? His intelligence isn't even questionable, at least not in the field of vocabulary. He's a bright member on the staff and a good choice for a super moderator, as he is reasonable and rational in his actions. Jonke - This guy was my first friend out of anyone here, but that's due to me meeting him over at Wii U forums. He started off as a moderator of the Minecraft server and forums and worked his way up to a standard moderator, proving to be as competent as you'd expect from this intelligent, if not shy, Swede. Klopp - He's my bestest brony buddy, by his decree, and I'm pretty well inclined to agree with him. He's always ready to enforce the rules here on the site and is as silly as he ever was before he received his promotion to being a moderator, making him a very likable fellow even now. Arylett - A moderator with a section all to herself now, she's proven more than capable of being able to establish an intelligent, organized new Role Playing forum and enforce the site's rules without being a crazy banhammer wielding psycho. As the only female member of the staff, she deserves a bit of recognition for putting up with the obvious sexism that's in place for our staff here. (That was a joke; we're not sexist!) King K. Roop - I can't say that I know this fellow very well, personally, but working with him and seeing him in the chat I can tell that he's friendly yet responsible. He'll never be quick to jump in with a banhammer in the chatroom, but he's far from one to shy away from his responsibility and he'll be sure to let members know when they're breaking the rules. Apple Bloom - I don't really know him very well and I can't say I've seen him around too much moderating things, but when he does do his job he does it right, so I suppose there's no complaints to be had.

Are you kidding me!? IN FELD0 WE TRUST! There is only one great lord of MLP Forums, the great and almighty Feld0! Okay, so maybe he isn't a God, but he certainly does deserve a lot of praise for the hard work he puts in to this place, especially given that he also runs Wii U forums and is working on Pony.fm as well, not to mention that he's only 16.

While I know that many other people have put forth great reasoning on why online friendships are just as important as physical ones, I'm going to go ahead and bombard you with my own wall of text as to why I agree with them. First and foremost, let's take a look at the definition of friendship. friendship [frend-ship] [Source] noun 1. the state of being a friend; associations as friends; to value a person's friendship 2. a friendly relation or intimacy 3. friendly feeling or disposition 4. magic So, as you can see, friendship is defined in such a way that there is absolutely no mention of how you met the person. Therefore, given such knowledge, it's clear that a friendship should be just as important to you no matter how you met them or know them to this day. When you measure the value someone holds for you it is a purely personal matter, something that nobody else can do for you, and it is completely up to how you feel to determine how important someone is to you. If a friend cares about you but they live across the country, it's no different if they were right there to breathe on you; they would care about you either way, as you would for them. Simply put, despite the lack of physical interaction, friends are still the people they would be if you met them in person, and no more or less likable than they would be otherwise. Clearly online friends should be held in just as high esteem as your close friends you see personally on a day to day basis as long as they're good friends all the same. Thank you.
