Have you ever thought about that? I mean i don't see them grasp the grip with their wings. A normal dumbell has a round grip. If they just hold the downside of the grip with their wings the dumbell should fall at them. And with their hooves it should'n work definitly. (Bizeps bulk) Can you explain that?
