    Bicycle frame. No really. The bicycle I've got, I think I made a mistake on sizing and the frame is too high for me, so always been a bit awkward riding it. So ordered the 'S' ('small') size version off eBay, same make and model bicycle (Cube Touring), and does look different in comparison. Main difference is the length of the tube between saddle post and pedal crank. Also it's red, I think. -

    Three countries to choose from! Give us a clue! . I know we've seen this before but I have a few baking potaotes left – jacket potato with cheese beans & salad, with the slight variation of a raw sliced mushroom added to the salad. -

    Eroica Natural Protein Bars. Supposed to be like an Italian dessert (i.e. based on panforte). We shall see! (The other flapjack kind that I've got are getting on my nerves – these are not like American flapjacks! )

    Don't break anything! Guess how I know that. Me, think I've got a slight cold or something, had it a few days, you know like when you got that certain kind of smell in your nostrils, no high temperature or anything but just wanna sleep all the time – want to be over it before meeting people again preferably.

    Had to Google both them! Cheese lettuce tomato & cucumber sandwich, with Heinz sandwich spread, on wholemeal bread, tea, followed by Victoria sponge cake.

    Using up leftovers – pork sausages & mashed potato bulked out with sliced onion, red pepper & mushrooms fried in olive oil, with ketchup, wholemeal bread crusts spread with margerine, tea..... -
