    Conflict is the biggest trigger for me. My other smaller triggers are being late/someone else being late, not having my plans all together yet, and the fear of making somebody mad/upset.

    Yesterday I went swimming with one friend, dropped a gift off to another, and watched Paddington 2 with my family.
