Some old Spyro fanart that I found that I really liked. (Drawn by this person! Note: The person has a...sense of humor lol and has odd content. Also NSFW warning. The link, I mean, not the picture.)

Took my cat to the vet.
She freaked out too much when having blood drawn, so we're going to have to take her in again for another attempt. We're going to be in the room this next attempt in the hope that it keeps her calm enough that they can get through it.

It's so interesting how many people don't like Rainbow Dash. I mean, I get it, she's pretty abrasive and she's an athlete to boot, not a lot of people who spend a lot of time on the internet will really relate to her. It's just curious to me.
If you're reading this and you're not a big fan of her, I'm not suggesting you're wrong for not liking her, it's just a POV that I don't relate to because Rainbow is one of my favorites of the main characters.

@Sparklefan1234 No problem lol I could ramble about Rainbow (and Scootaloo) all day lol
Again, that's fair. I tend not to relate too much to sporty characters myself, but the way Rainbow is written, I relate to her more than I normally would.

@Scootaloved That is exactly why I like RD. I believe I said this before but while she is my least favorite, I still really like her. Everything you just said are my reasons why. In many ways, she is actually the character I’m most like from a personality standpoint. I just show that side of my personality in a much different way. Heck. I’m even one of the few in this fandom who can relate to her sporty side.
I just wish we could see more of the RD you just talked about and less of the.....28PL RD.

I love the shocked brohoof react. Sometimes I've been tempted to react to things with it just to see it again.

The reason why "be yourself" is a bad moral is mainly because of how easily it can be misconstrued. Obviously the idea behind it is a good one - to be genuine - and I agree with that much, but the implications behind "be yourself" are generally such that you don't have to improve or change. And I also think it's unrealistic in some scenarios; it makes people think that they can get away with having their same casual attitude that they have with their friends in the workplace, or at least it'll be the first thing that they cite, but that's the thing, when you're working you're not just representing yourself, you're representing a company and that does mean suppressing parts of yourself you're free to express in more relaxed social situations. It's also not helpful when people ask you how you make friends, because it's not a specific action that you can take and if you're an antisocial jerk, you're never going to make friends that way.
It's mainly in the fact that it's too simplistic that it's a faulty moral more than anything, but it's one I've personally taken issue with for years. I've had way too many people in my life excuse their actions because they were taught to "be themselves".

It works for Aladdin because it makes it very clear what it means by "be yourself", which is to be genuine. As I said, that's the part of "be yourself" that I agree with.
Aladdin's real self is a genuinely good person with a good heart who lives in a modest background, and what he's pretending to be is someone with a less modest background.

I may or may not use your Ask the Mane 6 to vent frustrations I had with the latest episode. LOL

@Sparklefan1234 I was mostly talking about the moral and situation of said moral. The reason Rarity put FS in charge is because she trusts her to not only do a good job but do a good job as herself. But FS misunderstood and started acting like someone she’s not. She learns at the end that she should have just acted like herself and everything would have been fine.
That exact same thing happens in TSRR. Rarity puts everyone in charge and they all act like people they aren’t because they misunderstood. At the end, they all learn that they should have just acted like themselves because that is why Rarity trusts them.
See the similarities?

Overall thoughts: had a pretty strong start and I was enjoying the premise, but it went off the rails once it became clearer that the episode was going in a "Putting Your Hoof Down" route.
It would've been better if we showed more of Fluttershy struggling with those personas. We got little bits of it here and there, but it wasn't enough.
The problem is it's doing what other bad episodes seem to like to do, which is retread ground that has already been tread. I think this habit should be kicked.
I also think the moral of "just be yourself" isn't really a good moral to begin with, but if that was the story they were trying to go for, there are better ways they could've gone about it.

................'horrible saddle-row pony'
Dude, she was outright abusive to them. They weren't being abusive to her.
If you think those ponies were bad customers, you have literally never worked in retail.
-
Fluttershy doesn't honestly believe she's three different ponies.
If that was for a joke, it was a bad one.

"I can't even."
It wasn't funny when the movie made that joke, it's not funny here.
