      If you are congested add mint tea to the water. Mint will help open your sinuses

      Hot peppers are so underrated...they are very effective in fighting congestion! They are good for your whole body though, especially your blood.

      I used pine sap and pine needles in my steams when I had the cold of the decade last month - like mint, they help yo open you up.
