    It's been a mix of things. Not sleeping well due to storms throughout the whole night. My mother's behavior. I'm also pretty sure I injured my arm yesterday doing exercises since it's been hurting since last night. Which sucks as I was pretty happy about how much longer I exercised for.

    I went back and forth with a friend today. The center of this was said friend thought it was it’s ok to refer to this other person as some pretty terrible things without knowing full details, truth or anything about the situation. That’s what this discussion is. I’ve got details on the situation, she’s relaying out there stuff on a person she never liked to begin with. I’ve never read such wrong stuff in my life and have someone double down on it despite me providing in depth information. This ended with her saying that it’s fine for herself and these other people to say these things about this person without knowing anything about the situation. Which I told her if you and these people wanna spread that narrative and not bother to look into the situation than that’s the hill you can die on but don’t expect me to not side eye you or take you seriously. I told her if you and these other people want to go get informed on the situation and you still feel that way then come back and talk to me. This is just her being ill informed and spreading stuff on somebody she never liked. The response to that was to completely change subject. Like none of this happened.
